Best part enderman walking like it was his cactus farm.
I think you should turn the superflat area into a huge village/kingdom, with loads of houses, different terrains and maybe a hidden farm or two. I think it could be really cool and a great addition to this already amazing world!
It would be cool, but those kind of builds are best with hills and natural terrain

i've seen a few people make videos restoring ancient cities. i've even seen people exposing ancient cities to the air by mining out the chunks about them. but nobody ever seems to go back and terraform the landscape AROUND said ancient cities to make it look like they were never buried below ground in the first place.

Two ideas I have for you two. The first is to remake the Eiffel Tower bigger using copper blocks, and the second is to change the beacon colors on the 1024 of them to make it look like your UA-cam logo from above.
cant really see the beacon color from top since they extend upward forever

next you need to build bulk storage for every item that stores them in shulkers after sorting. With access to full shulkers or individual stacks.

You have many nether portal on nether roof, good idea is make some desing some travel tunnel or somethink like that.
YO! You should make a red stone light show in your thousand beacon area that would be so cool!
On normal flat worlds villages spawn a lot so building one on the flat world you made would be a good idee in my opinion

cactus is a pretty easy compostable material, with a 50% chance to advance to composter. Could convert that giant cactus farm into a bone meal farm
When camels come out in 1.20 you should SO have some in the giant cactus!
