Hi , I usually use the regular size...I only use EXtra large if i have a model that needs it, the Mesh dome cap i use is for most people. you should think about the size of your mannequin head,,, 22" is more universal. Thanks for commenting.

@MAIITALKS I use a mesh dome stretch cap, and how you place it on mannequin determines the size of the unit. So alot of stretch on 22" mannequin will make wig larger,if I'm talking beginner friendly.
