Competitive TF2 is dead. The only "competitive TF2" stuff is occasional tournaments hosted by third-party groups, which aren't even very competitive in the first place.

@@kromer3797 That has more to do with the fact that SS snipers tend to full charge bodyshot in duels, it's more so that the snipers hate the bodyshots rather than the sleeper itself
If you go and double headshot the sniper with the sleeper, usually don't say anything/get mad or just hit you with a "ns"

I have >300 hours and literally only learned that term today. It's definitely not something you just pick up playing casual.
But to be fair, I had really only started playing this game some years after Valve had abandoned it, so I wasn't around for whatever hayday comp tf2 had.
I have +1500 hours of tf2 and i can safely say that no one gives a flying F about competitve in this day and age

I actually started to force myself to compliment people that destroy me in game. Atleast the ones that are not insanely toxic and have a huge ego. It feels way better bc it stops me from starting to focus on some weird revenge missions that ruin my experience if they don’t work. And most of the time people are actually quite nice if you don’t get mad over loosing and instead compliment them
