Installing our Van Ceiling and Flarespace Walls (Van Build Series Episode 16)

- After completing all our cabinets in our last episode, we need to get back into the van and prep the area to install them! The first significant step is installing our walls and ceiling! This will allow us to install our upper cabinets and (hopefully) the rest of our cabinets in the next video!
Installing our ceiling involves quite a bit! As we are going for a smooth ceiling, we need to cut our panels perfectly and wire up all our 3-way dimmable ceiling lights, as well as our Nomadic AC and Lemans Fan. Let's hope it goes according to plan!
Thanks for watching!
Cheers,
Jennifer and Elliot

ABOUT US
Hi! We are high school sweethearts from Atlanta, Georgia who decided to take a year off to travel around the world. Together we decided to create vlogs for our journey as a fun way to remember it. On September 15, 2019, we left Atlanta with 3 bags, 2 one-way tickets, and 1 goal of traveling for a whole year. Little did we know, 6 months later we would find ourselves in a nationwide lockdown in India. After spending 5 months in India, we came back to the United States and decided to purchase a 34’ Trawler, dive headfirst into boat life, and kick-off America’s Great Loop.
The good, the bad, the ugly - and most importantly, the real and real funny. We’re not here to tell you “how it’s done.”, just how we’ve done it. And that whatever it is that’s calling you - the way you’ll do it is much more attainable than it may seem.
Thank you for following us along our journey!

Proud of you guys. Good that you are doing this while you are young and don’t have children!
Great work! It's really coming toghter.
I’ve seen quite a few toilet reviews but I’ve never seen a couple review sleeping close enough to fit in a flarespace in a full time van situation. I’d pay good money for that.
Looking great!!!
What's your toilet? I remember you said in an earlier video that it's a composting toilet. We went with the Tiny Separett and love it.
Another great video. It's all coming together. I have a question that you may have already answered. Where exactly are you staying and whose house and garage are you working out of?
