So much history here. It's amazing how many armies have marched through this country. Lovely apartments, and reasonably priced. Thanks Andrei.

Andrei tourist visa is ok for me ? Bcoz one tourism co offering a reasonable price package.
Mid of October I'm going to purchase a property by the help of purchasing your services. TRP is possible after I arrive in tourist visa ?
My pleasure if u can clarify my small doubt Andrei, advance thanks 🙏

    • @MinskGuide

      Yes, take the reasonable package.
No, you would have to take a non tourist visa afterwards. So you might contact me directly to discuss the best moves.

Thanks Andrei for sharing! I see. Vitebsk market is growing fast. I also heard the expenses in smaller cities are very less than Minsk the capital. Between all flats I think first one was better. Cheers!

That's exactly why we're aiming at something more serious than our competition. LLC SIS is a legitimate company, and the further we get, the more we're interested to play seriously in this field. Or we will have to run away to Brazil...

It’s not just our houses. Village life and beauty are absolutely wonderful.

Im seriously contemplating a move to eastern Europe in the winter. Im more interested in village life, and although I have some understanding of the cyrillic alphabet and Russian language, its hard for me. I may be in touch closer to then( Jan) just started on passport, etc

We could be a great destination. At least one American gentleman is already relaxing in a northern village. By springtime we may have something comfortable and cool for you.

If one can pay cash for a relatively cheap property, does thay help with long term stay, dual or just belarusian citizenship?

We're doing these properties for temporary residency and the actual residency of people relocating to Belarus.

Good evening, I am looking for a property with access to a lake in the VITEBSK region. If possible with an old house to demolish and then rebuild a new one. I want to get a residence permit to live in Belarus. Thank you, Cesare
