After I made this a few years back. I spoke with some people and was advised how you feel. I was traveling through at the time and didn’t have any of the above. Since then my practice toward trout fishing has changed. And looking back the handling was poor etc and I admit I was wrong. So sorry that it looks this way (which is was) but I’ve changed how I fish for trout etc

Don't know whether to laugh or cry. You landed what we call a snake (a skinny Bull/Dolly) Ironically you were very close to some of the best still water fly fishing lakes in the Province. Maybe next time...

Dude has absolutely no idea how to handle a fish. Never put them on dry land, keep them in the water, keep them wet and next time bring a net

Island Aerial the river was very high and I was only around for a day (passing through) so just made use of what I had.
