@Erin G .... Oh please, obviously you are acting like it is a deadly storm. Trust me, the true victims mainly in the Bahamas and some in north Carolina has everyone's prayers. People in Philly will be laughed at if they can not handle a minor rain shower if that. After all, You for sure are not sugar so I doubt there will be melting going on. You would have more concern drowning in a shower then a minor rain really. But hell, Philly is already experienced boarding up their homes from criminals and not from storms, at least they have the experience to prepare on a moment's notice.
