- Every antique truck, tow truck, drill truck, and many rare and one-of-a-kind vintage trucks are on display. Everyone of them has a story to tell, the Iowa 80 Trucking Museum in Walcott Iowa was a dream of Bill Moon, Iowa 80 Truckstop founder. Bill had a passion for collecting antique transport trucks.

I just found this video tonight. I was a Trucker for over 44 years (had a heart attack) I do like to see a lot of these 0l' Baby's and some of them I drove too. My Dad was a Trucker also. So we had it covered from back in the 1940's up to 2010 when I had to retire.

Great video thanks. I drove past this Museum numerous times on I-80 but was never able to stop. Always been in a truck and it was either closed or time didn't permit me to stop. This museum looks interesting, I've liked trucks as much as commercial planes since I was a kid. I collect toy trucks which most were built at Ertl in Dyersville, Iowa which I had visited the Toy Museum when I lived in iowa which gave me the idea to collect trucks. I even started collecting a few bigger scale trucks in recent years such as I have 2 Wal-Mart trucks built by Nylint, 4 trucks built Ertl which 2 of 4 are two different scale size which are TOYS "R" US, Sears in the aqua blue (recent from ebay), Publix Grocery Store trucks, Cash Wise Grocery Store trucks & a Shell Tanker Truck made by Ertl too. All from I found on ebay except the Cash Wise truck which bought new at Cash Wise in Mason City when I lived there. Maybe be a nice addition to the museum one day. If I get back to Iowa I'll need to visit this museum. Thsnk you for sharing. 🙂
That's neat, I always have a good time looking at trucks. I will be working on an update to this video since they have added on to the Museum and have 30 or so more trucks inside.

I liked the video, but I got annoyed by the way you pronounced museum and Chevrolet. It doesn't matter though.
Or how about the "Cummings" engine LOL. No G on the end of that name.
I noticed too how he pronounces Chevrolet, I used to pronounce Chevrolet the same way when I was a kid in the 70's but learned how to really pronounce Chevrolet with the "t" being silent. I wonder what Louis Chevrolet would say pronouncing his last name wrong...lol.

Maaann...i loved the kenworth "bullnose" and the k100...i love cabover trucks,in europe are more this kind than the other,like the kenworth w900,with all that front line.
Here you see a few cabovers running around. But the ones you do see are show quality. The owners really love there trucks and take care of them.
It"s true,my friend....in europe if you check on youtube,you will see truck meetings in germany,sweden,england,every year.Some are companies,that let their drivers to customized the trucks who they work with,with spotlights,grills,those kind of things.But those who work for their own,specially sweden truckers.....man.....you must see those SCANIAS TOPLINE AND HIGHLINE....maaann really pieces of art,pure dream of every driver that love,really love trucks.It"s grills,spotlights,and the peinture....gosh...see for yourself.Try looking by "scania truck meeting sweden 2013",for example and from there you will get many more links....LOVELY.
