Dog park murder trial: Day 2 of testimony continues

I used to see the defendant at my dog park in Carrollwood. I think
he got kicked out of it. I do recall an incident where someone told me he hit my dog. He had a bad reputation at the dog park. I didn’t get a good vibe

I'm neither conservative or liberal but I do know what's right and just. There is way too much hatred and indifference for others now. This country has become a sad upside down version of itself. God help us if we can't respect each other's differences.

If the guy starts the fight by being annoying and picking on him, then the other guy didn’t start the fight the aggressor did. The guy was the undeserved beard.

At first I thought this guy was guilty as hell and deserved a hate crime in addition to 2nd degree murder. What makes this case so difficult is that there are no witnesses. There's always that "reasonable doubt." The defense team so far has been excellent. Even the coroner lady was agreeing almost 100% to the defense cross.

I find the not guilty verdict very disturbing. This just seems like a serious miscarriage iof ustice.
