Driving through Ahwatukee AZ

Nice little drive through the Phoenix/Chandler Area on August 21, 2008. This is the Lakewood subdivision (one of my favorite areas). Oh..listening to the Stones (Fred and Barney). ;). THe temp is about 108 at this time.

I live right by there. Almost got an apartment right on lakewood. Tukee is a great neighborhood. lots of food and shopping right by there at Ray Rd and 48th, too.

Lakewood is awesome. I don't live there, but I drive through it sometimes.

Not to mention we get HOT summers here in the midwest too, but we dont get a mild winter either! so there is no win! Gimme Arizona, Florida, Southern California, and Southern USA weather anyday! Midwest weather stinks! I dont mind the heat, and love being able to hop in a pool or hot tub all year round like you can in the places I stated above.
