He is the kind of doctor who will help you trade your prescriptions for plants. Deeply committed to helping people obtain their optimal health through living a mindful, whole plant food-based lifestyle for more than 30 years, Dr. Weiss has been helping people reverse and prevent disease and illness to live a more energized, fulfilled life.

The mission of Ethos Farm Project is to address the interconnected nature of how agriculture affects human health, planetary health, and our relationship with animals. To achieve this, his 388-acre historic farm in Long Valley NJ where he operates Ethos Primary Care from, produces truly nourishing food to feed the community, restoring the land, all while cultivating and empowering a new generation of farmers, doctors, and nurses through hands-on educational programming.
Dr Weiss feels that he is fulfilling his purpose in life through the work he does as a Board Certified, Lifestyle Medicine physician and the work he does through his nonprofit, Ethos Farm Project. Connecting his life’s passion for medicine and the environment, Dr. Weiss believes we need “all hands on deck” to combat the healthcare and environmental crises we now face as a species, in order to ensure a habitable planet for our children.
Dr. Weiss is here monthly, on Chef AJ, to answer any and all medical questions you may have. An experienced primary care doctor, there is no question too simple or too complex for him to handle.

A tip for gardeners - shade is important. There are things called shade cloths (just for reading about the topic). Last year we had a long spell, multiple times, of hot hot weather with full sun. I lost 5 well developed winter squash - they got a sunburn! I thought a fungus, but he beige spots were cook fruit flesh. Even tomatoes are tropical plnats - even they do not live in full sun. Good luck with your garden!

This weather has been horrid for my plants. Rain, heat, caused late planting. Seeing only male blossoms. Inly 1 green zucchini, a few yellow squash but not much else. Minimal peppers. Tomatoes so so. If dwer don't get my cantaloupe, I see 3 only. Maybe next year.

I only have female blossoms on my zucchini so far. Every year is different, but our growing season is so short here in sw Montana!

In an overpopulated, melting down world, a high sex drive is good?

Interesting how he talks about his 30 day detox diet sounds very similar to Dr. Brooke Goldner’s protocol. Maybe converging towards the truth.
