Makes you kinda think about how many lifes/stories are lost in time. You might think "who cares about the life of one random person in history?". Nonetheless, its sad/amazing how many stories and crazy stuff happens to people with us never hearing a word from it. This song makes me feel some really weird emotions. I don´t care if i´m remembered by our history, because everything will be "dust" one day. In a few thousand years (or probably earlier) nobody will remember alot of people who seem important now (I include people like Kennedy, Neil Armstrong, Ghandi, Hitler, etc.). If humanity is able to exist this long even... The only thing I actually care about (besides having a as most chill life as possible) is if the interactions i had with people (be it strangers or friends/family) or animals, will be remembered fondly by these people/animals. If I ever made the life better for a person(animal for even a minute, I´m happy. Man, i should drink more often if this is whats coming out of me when i do :D . I love you (platonically) random stranger, who for some reason is actually reading this whole thing!
Yeah! Silent Jim is a master! As a curious fact: He performs a photographer that takes a pic of his dead wife on the video 'Dim days of dolor' by Sirenia.
Thanks for sharing this wonderful piece. It was/is one of my favorite moments from this festival. Greatl band! (The headbanging pirate makes it positively funny)

The shows of this band are theatrical and she's performing a character. This song is about a woman, Annabel and her sad fate. Buried in a land far from her bornplace, her ghost sings her story, her vices, her motherhood and how an arrow shot in her knee killed her slowly... doctor had to cut her leg off and later she died... the infection extended through all her body. :( It's a really sad story.
This song invokes so much emotion. I love it.

That 1 pirate all the way to the left is lost as fuck lmao
The band usually has a whole crew running around and fighting and whatnot but they aren't on a big stage to do any of that
