Illegally Parked Sgt. Karen Afraid of Being Filmed

While I was walking around I noticed this officer pull up to the curb so I began filming as I suspected they would not pay for the meter, and this officer not only admits they aren't paying the meter, but they are using the spot in a non-emergency. A complaint was filed.
Here is this officer's info. Amazing how she makes more than 80% of the city but still won't pay for a parking meter.
