Question; I am from florida, when you check to buy the course based on the state your at, What is the national one mean? is the national for the entire country or should I click florida?
I got my NMLS a couple years ago through Rocket. They said go out and get your own clients. Very little help. How the heck do you get started? I tried talking to realtors and they tend to go to local brick and morter banks. It seems like everyone just says go out and advertise.
The bank you are working with is your best bet since each bank also adds their own overlays. For the most part they will be fairly identical but again some banks make slight adjustments
@@EnriqueGreatness I haven’t started working yet, I want to apply within the next 3 months. I would like to be competitive and read through guidelines, I just don’t know where to find them? If I google loan guidelines, I don’t know what I am looking for

I registered with the NMLS and in the process of choosing a course. Do we have to choose one through the NMLS approved course provider list?
DO I need a degree?
You do not need a college degree. You may or may not need a high school diploma. I would check with the NMLS
