Resus Room Entropy - The Tendency Towards CHAOS

Introducing a concept that describes loss of team situational awareness and control of the resuscitation trajectory, which often follows completion of a successful high stakes procedure.
Controlling resuscitation is an active process, because there is a natural tendency for order to degenerate into chaos unless energy is expended.
