I always loved Dave's perspective. It's usually fair, thought out and vulnerable.
I’m always glad to hear how outspoken Dave is about mental health.
Dave’s story helped me and my teen son feel so much less alone while in pts from an abusive relationship! My son didn’t lose me however we lost many friends and respect while this was happening. We are still healing but my son who was a musician before this- at least feels less alone thru your story! Thank you for sharing!

Wow. How absolutely compelling.
Dave navarro is amazing. An amazing person, an amazing artist. Losing his mother at 15, I can't even imagine that. He's very strong. $80 a shirt is a bit much, bit I'm all in supporting mental health anyway I can. I'm looking forward to them getting the pins and guitar picks, back in the duel diagnosis site.

Great show. Good self disclosure and good work on awareness of mental illness in these times. Living things have feelings and all this technology and even beliefs make that really hard. And politics and all that. Must find a balance.

ive had EMDR therapy for the last 2 years ive done every time of counseling and done every type of medication, used every anti depressant out there and in the end the only thing that helped me stabilize my life in every way was EMDR therapy !
its helped me start to undo all my childhood trauma and for that its saved my life from all the inner demons, if you have trauma and if you have PTSD you gotta go find a therapist that specializes in EMDR therapy cause it will change your life if you find a good therapist..

As someone that struggles with mental health everyday. It's very hard to watch this. We have our strong days. And our sad days. And when it's sad it's... you want help. But are afraid to ask. It's hard
“Mental health” does not mean “depression”. Someone with mental health issues could have schizophrenia which has nothing to do with feeling sad.

Not a defender of Disney whatsoever- but normally people aren’t pronounced dead until they are off property because once they are dead- it’s no longer a rescue mission. Then the fire department, police, paramedics, Etc then give way to the coroner to pick the person up. Which could take hours. Doesn’t make it right, but the thought process is the rescue organizations need to focus their time and energy on people who can be rescued.

Dr. Drew have you discussed the repercussions/effects on the brain of marijuana (today's strains) use on young boys in your podcasts?
Cannabis is medicine. Why would healthy children be exposed. Of course a child's brain is going to be affected. Cannabis should only be used by adults. Now, if a child is sick, placed on pharmaceuticals by his/her pediatrician,
then that parent needs to work closely with a cannabis expert, do their research, to determine if given a choice, which is better for their child, pills or Cannabis.
Unfortunately, some young people, prone to addiction, will try and get high on whatever they can get their hands on, whether it's Cannabis, alcohol, glue, paint, cigarettes, etc.

Everyone is a "trauma" survivor in today's society. Dave has true trauma. Most people are full of shit. All it is is an excuse to not better yourself. So sick of it

If I was on a call with a Dr. about mental health, I would listen more and talk less Davey.
Dr. Drew seems a bit distracted or something. Drew doesn't look at Dave often seems bored and I don't know he seems jealous. Or maybe he is just having an off day or not feeling well. Who knows I have not seen Dr. Drew in other interviews so I could be totally off. And is his neck ok? One side seems diff. then the other. Maybe it's just me but he seems to be having a hard time focusing. Something seems disingenuous. Also he made a kinda weird comment about Dave's "disease"
