I hope new owners perserve the original character, but it'll probably be all torn out and replaced by the obnoxious flipper gray everything.

Every single flipper/investor uses the same “open concept” whit/gray everything cheaply made cookie cutter cabinets from Home Depot/Lowe’s a I Hate it when they go in and take beautiful old houses with a personality and history and tear down walls put in standard doors they don’t care about the house it’s about the flip and $$ like everyone in the real estate house flipping industry … I swear if you seen one flip you’ve seen them all … leave the historical properties to people that are in it to actually own it live in it and make it a home with lots of love and memories ❤

@@barbararobles6129 I couldn't agree with you more!!! I could never buy a flippers house. It would cost more to undo all their garbage gray vinyl flooring and all the rest of their poor quality crap. IDK why they haven't figured out they could actually save all that labor and material cost, plus make a bigger profit by just fixing the problems cleaning, and painting, while maintaining the character.

Is it normal for foreclosures to have a lot of stuff in it still? Why wouldn’t the residence take it with? I’m not trying to be mean at all so I hope none takes offense to this but I noticed with the items left I get the impression that a lot of shopping has taken place. Wouldn’t they or the person want to pay the mortgage instead of shopping that will only be left behind?
