What I'm focused on as well is the amount of cream cheese and other random things Americans are now putting on Sushi. "Can I get some sushi with avocado, chocolate sauce, cream cheese, and maple syrup.. and no fish ?".... "Yes, that's the Canadian Gargoyle Roll". I'm j/k, and I don't actually mind, but we all know it's happening. Taco Bell also now serving authentic Mexican Dorito shells. And yes, the restaurants and kitchens in this story were really nasty.
Why not investigate Mac, Harvey, Wendy, Holiday Inns, Hilton, Best Westin chains instead of keeping harassing small Asian eateries? Do you mean Caucasian eatery has no dirty kitchen??

As an American I don’t understand it either. I think avacado tastes ok on it but cream cheese is disgusting
