Oh my gosh. I can not get over Lauren's classy outfit, with her handy Chanel bag. 😍 She looked SO beautiful. I love her deep, Hollywood waves with the side part. It's like every occasion she attends, she knows exactly what to wear and what's appropriate, lol. But that's why she's in fashion. 🤷🏾♀️💙 Timmy at 49:20 "Just get me to Kohl's." 😂
Lauren's final look is a knee length Valentino dress altered to a shorter length that retailed at the time for $695/EUR320 I was obsessed with that dress for so long.
Same! I found a dress in a similar color/cut at a sample sale around that time and wore it to a friend's wedding. I was really too hooked on this show lol.
The way Stephanie always had Heidi and Spencer’s back was admirable. She was there for them through everything. She was in return, treated like dirt. It’s sad how they treated her.
I was laughing so hard during this epoisode I was actually crying. Timmy doing Jade's reaction throughout the whole epoisode...Then "Take me straight to Kolh's" 🤣🤣🤣🤣
I feel like she looks more like herself now than she did in that season. Makes me wonder if she just got a bunch of Botox and fillers in her face that she could have stopped getting and they’d fade. Of course the surgeries aren’t as easy to fix, but I really think a lot of the changes in her face in that season were temporary things.
I can't believing I'm defending Heidi but that's how she felt at the time. She was in the spotlight, she had everything she wanted in life and was super selfish at this stage. She's since had kids and isn't like that at all. No need to get all in a knot
Producers forced Lauren to go to the wedding. They even kept her locked in a room in the basement of the church because she wanted to leave so bad and to also make she didn't see Kristen beforehand. Producers kept turning off the lights and were trying to convince Hidie to leave with Lauren and leave Spencer at the alter. They refused to play along.
Heidi leaving with Lauren en standing up Spencer would've been EPIC! And those producers seem like awful people taking their meddling a bit too far....
Sad to see the end of the Lauren era of the hills. The early seasons are the perfect time capsule of life before the age social media. I never saw past this episode, so I’m excited to watch it along with your reactions. I can’t wait for Laguna Beach. The older the Tv show the better 😆
Fun fact: Lauren was actually forced to go to the wedding. She told the producers that she wasn't going and they pressured her into going. Also, her time at the wedding was supposed to be (short) in and out but the producers wouldn't let that happen. She said in a special that they kept her in the church basement until it was time for her to film so that she wouldn't leave. When they talked about this some of the producers told her it didn't happen that way but she pushed back and said that it did. I wish this special was still available because it was really good and gave a great look behind the scenes of the show. You even got to see an extended cut of the scene where she dropped Jason's stuff off and we learned that he was high as a kite during that scene.
i remember this. sad they tried to claim she remembered things wrong. so shady. and jason was totally high/drunk during that scene... the way he giggled and acted was just so cringe
Lauren’s final look ever on the Hills completely solidified why she was the entire show without her having to speak a word. Literally so iconic she’s such a boss babe 👑👑👑👑!!!!
Whitneeeeey, that was so pure! “No bra!! I mean no bag... where’s her purse?” but yes, no bra! Also, Timmy, well done for noticing the same colour thing, apparently it wasn’t an accident 🤷🏻♀️
I was re watching the first ever scene of the hills just before and Lauren calls Heidi her ‘good friend’ 🤔 so they obvs got very close filming the first season
Lauren is an ICON! She is the reason why everyone on the hills was relevant. I watched because of her and stopped watching when she left. Not many people can lead a show with that much grace and class and still keep an audience interested.
Not to pit women against women unnecessarily... but I've sometimes wondered if the beef between those two extended beyond high school because Lauren was the one that was the "drama free" one that shows starred around and Kristin was the bitchy one that always got the leftover seasons that went on to get canceled or unwatched. For example, Lauren was the star of the first, most successful season of Laguna Beach and after Kristin took it over the following season the ratings significantly dropped and it was ultimately scrapped. Same thing happened on The Hills. Just goes to show people my love to hate you but it burns out pretty quickly.
@@passiontaylor6321 Laguna Beach got cancelled after season 3 once all the original cast members graduated from high school. The second season, where Kristin took over was very successful, if not more than the first season. It was longer because they shot for the entire school year and summer after they graduated. The third season was all new kids but it felt fake like they all created storylines for the show like the last season of the Hills. These shows were cancelled once you felt the authenticity leave, which is what should happen with all reality tv shows but that’s no longer the case.
It's nice seeing them all at Lauren & Lo's house. There was actually a sense that these people were all actually friends and enjoyed being around each other. And then Lauren leaves and I feel like the rest of the show just didn't hold that same feeling. This episode is LEGENDARY!! I remember people freaking out when Lauren showed up at the wedding and the paparazzi photos leaking while they were filming. Lauren really did have the perfect departure, she tied up all loose ends and made her peace. It would have been cool if Lauren's spin off about fashion for MTV got picked up. That last song is real BTW!!
This was (and still is) one of my favorite episodes of The Hills. I remember being so surprised when I saw Lauren walked in to see Heidi before the wedding ceremony. I thought it was absolutely the perfect way for her to say goodbye to the show. Despite the “control freak” and overly dramatic facial expressions, I always thought that Lauren was such a great celebrity role model for people. I think people sometimes forget that this was a chaotic celebrity and pop culture era, and the fact that she managed to navigate that so perfectly and still captivate America is amazing. I will certainly continue watching the reactions videos, but I don’t the show was ever the same without my favorite characters, Lauren and Whitney. On to the wedding. I loved it. Love the dramatic facial expressions at the ceremony, and obviously Kristin showing up, that was the best. I don’t think people knew she would show up. Can’t wait for what’s next.
Love that you guys talked through that squabble you had earlier in the day. It’s so refreshing to see people resolve disagreements in such an open and healthy way. Thank you for sharing 💜
This was the season finale for Lauren’s participation in the show. They labeled this season 5 “part one” and Kristin entered to do the “ lead” role in season 5 part two. Love you guys!
Everytime the show says “previously on,” I say in my head, “previously on the screviously.” I feel like Timmy only said that once before, but it’s forever locked in my head

I’ve really never understood why Darlene defended Holly throwing food at the rehearsal dinner. 🤔😂 Spencer looked crazy walking away from that confrontation, but he wasn’t wrong. He told Heidi it was just a possession; he was trying to comfort her but make Holly not feel bad for ruining her expensive brand new bag. Then he came out & I think wanted to have them come back to the dinner, but Holly was acting like she didn’t do anything wrong. So I can understand why he’d get frustrated real quick lol. I’m not a Spencer fan, but I can’t be team Holly on that lol.
I came to say the same thing. In no way a Spencer or Heidi fan, but Holly was out of line and it was immature and rude. Mom shouldn't have defended that, hold your kids accountable.
@@brittanyharmon1330 for sure! I’m wondering if Holly was struggling with her alcohol addiction at this point. Because that may explain her mom defending her actions & trying to sweep it all under the rug basically, especially given that there were cameras watching.

And if you keep watching, especially in season six, Spencer just gets crazier and even more aggressive towards people.
The “SAM” and Timmy’s “Whit-NEY, you screamed like he was drowning in the POOL”
Had to pause from laughing too much🤣🤣🤣
My stomach hurt from laughing at that. I did Whitney's silent/can't breath laugh!
I️ was laughing so hard!!
Has anyone else not watched The Hills in its entirety after Lauren left and is now finally watching it via Timmy and Whit??? 🙋🏽♀️
I wouldn't want it any other way!!!
100%! Couldn't tell you one single thing that happened after Lauren left. At all 🤷🏼♀️. Looking forward to this journey
@@lozcb8790 i only remember Heidi's plastic surgery, Kristen, Audrina and Brody drama, Spencer's gem obsession and the final scene. That's it! Although I think I pretty much summed it up haha
Me! I’ll be 41 in a couple days & I watched from lacuna beach on! Love Whitney!!!
🙋🏽♀️
I kinda remember watching because I remember the Kristin/JB/Audrina drama but I also think I lost interest when Lauren left so will be nice to really watch it for the first time with whit and tim!
I agree! I wish I knew if this was the Chanel bag Heidi gifted her! Anyone know?
Lauren: "It's good to have good friends."
Also Lauren: "I'm never talking to any of you ever again."
your comment killed me 🤣😂🤣😂🤣
She is still friends with Lo, Frankie and Steph :)
@@hellobecky84 Omg you're so lucky! Unfortunately fast fashion has taken the beauty of this piece down, but back then it was iconic
Omg it was! Love the price BTS
@@arielemeree8456 I only wish I’d kept it lol; I always donate to keep my closet small. But can always watch Lauren’s episode 😊
A Valentino dress for only seven hundred dollars?
The way Stephanie always had Heidi and Spencer’s back was admirable. She was there for them through everything. She was in return, treated like dirt. It’s sad how they treated her.
I agree with this statement 100%. She really did have both of their backs. They were awful to her in return.
I was laughing so hard during this epoisode I was actually crying. Timmy doing Jade's reaction throughout the whole epoisode...Then "Take me straight to Kolh's" 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Heidi should have left her face alone cause her mom is naturally beautiful. I'm watching the new season of The hills and I kind of want to cry for her
I feel like she looks more like herself now than she did in that season. Makes me wonder if she just got a bunch of Botox and fillers in her face that she could have stopped getting and they’d fade. Of course the surgeries aren’t as easy to fix, but I really think a lot of the changes in her face in that season were temporary things.
Her mom is really beautiful
The fact that Heidi said “I don’t want any little girls coming out and rivaling me” when she was talking about having kids is super troubling.
I can't believing I'm defending Heidi but that's how she felt at the time. She was in the spotlight, she had everything she wanted in life and was super selfish at this stage. She's since had kids and isn't like that at all. No need to get all in a knot
I’m dying at the champagne tea Whitney is spilling tell me more
Somebody should have filmed that. It sounds like part of the show!
OMG such dramz!
Heidi leaving with Lauren en standing up Spencer would've been EPIC! And those producers seem like awful people taking their meddling a bit too far....
“Why’d they have to keep it a secret from the nail lady “. That made me legit belly laugh 😂
Sad to see the end of the Lauren era of the hills. The early seasons are the perfect time capsule of life before the age social media. I never saw past this episode, so I’m excited to watch it along with your reactions. I can’t wait for Laguna Beach. The older the Tv show the better 😆
Gasp, so true about it being the last era before social media.
Yes I remember this! It would be so cool if you guys react to this special!!
She also talked about it with a producer on the 10 years later special when they followed on what she's up to now.
i remember this. sad they tried to claim she remembered things wrong. so shady.
and jason was totally high/drunk during that scene... the way he giggled and acted was just so cringe
I always tear up when Lauren walks in the dressing room at Heidis wedding.
"GET ME TO KOHLS" lmao i can't
The look Lauren’s face as she realises she’s been replaced on her own show 😭 the producers did her so dirty here
“Why would she regret not going to the wedding SHES not friends with them” LMAOOO AHAHAHAHAHA
“Straight to kohl’s!” I can’t breathe 😂😂
I always think when Lauren says how Heidi was her "best friend ever", Lo is just there like
👁👄👁
I’m cackling 😂
I know! She probably felt like Heidi would never judge her- unlike Lo. I get that
I was re watching the first ever scene of the hills just before and Lauren calls Heidi her ‘good friend’ 🤔 so they obvs got very close filming the first season
Lauren is an ICON! She is the reason why everyone on the hills was relevant. I watched because of her and stopped watching when she left. Not many people can lead a show with that much grace and class and still keep an audience interested.
Great episode! I was actually really impressed with Kelly's conversation with Lauren- it was sound advice!
Timmy: The priest is like 'Kristen, Lauren, stand" LMFAO!!!!!!!!!!!!
So KC only lasted a season and half with her on the show? It just shows Lauren was the real star of the show.
I feel like Timmy is going to have a field day with Jessica when you guys watch Laguna Beach
Absolutely he will!
lmaooo
Jessi-cuuuuuh!!!!!!!!!!!
Jessica, Jason is cheating on you!!
@@michellemarie988 Jessica: "BuT HoW Do yOu KnOoOoOoOow?" lol
Kelly's chat with Lauren was nice ❤️
44:16 omggg Lauren looks at Kristin and then DIRECTLY at the camera
lol Whitney screaming “SAM!” reminded me of Catherine O’Hara screaming “KEVIN!!” in Home Alone.
Lauren's exit to the show was perfect...I remember this song playing in her original exit as well
This was the season finale for Lauren’s participation in the show. They labeled this season 5 “part one” and Kristin entered to do the “ lead” role in season 5 part two. Love you guys!
I can not wait for the reaction series to lauguna beach... the community needs it
Everytime the show says “previously on,” I say in my head, “previously on the screviously.” I feel like Timmy only said that once before, but it’s forever locked in my head
The exit song was the real song!!! I remember it and being so sad we were “saying goodbye” to Lauren!
What a true friend Brody is. Laughing at a friend who shares that they’re getting therapy and even admits they have issues in respecting other people’s feelings. Way to go Brody
He's laughing because he doesn't believe anything he is hearing is genuine to be honest.
@@REDinitial seems like Brody has a problem, detecting authenticity, and because he can’t look outside of the life that he’s actually living Spencer’s, actually trying to change Brody has always been against this
I agree I really saw the change in Spencer or broke the fourth wall when he went to that therapy session by his self and he was genuine on the phone with Lauren
BTS: In an interview, Heidi and Spencer said the producers wanted Heidi to leave Spencer at the alter and go with Lauren. They did everything they can to ruin their wedding like turning the AC off. They had to argue with the producers to let them get married.
Damn it, producers! Jeez!
It seems like the producers did a lot lol
Yes I literally just commented this to someone where they were saying the power going off was a sign and I was like ehmmmm no it was the producers who wanted Heidi to leave out the side door with Lauren haha xxx
Ok but imagine that , Heidi leaving Spencer at the alter (for good) and riding off into the sunset with Lauren lol
@@AngelViews nahhh it never would have happened Heidi and Spencer are actually soul mates and the only real thing to come out of the show xxx
Knowing what we know now about how they coerced Lauren into talking to Heidi, I realize what a great actress Lauren is.
Holly was an alcohol addict some years ago. Maybe she Was drunk due to her addiction and her mom defended her..
Kirstin actually said in an interview with Cosmo that the bouquet scene wasn't produced! She actually caught the bouquet and WAS next to be married!
lol fighting about the “dishes” is so relatable. Married 10 years here 🤣

Apparently Lauren was in the a room for hours at the wedding and wasn't able to leave until she had a convo with heidi
Yep and apparently she was downstairs in the basement plus the power went out … the producers were giving her alcohol lol
That last song was definitely real because I remember immediately looking it up after this aired and playing it on repeat 😂
The fact that Lauren hasn't done any other TV after this episode is just iconic!! She's such a legend and her time away from reality TV has just made her more and more sought after.
Have you seen her pop innovators special on UA-cam? It’s sort of an autobiography and it’s amazing. She also did “that was then this is now” a follow up special on the hills alone w/ no one else from the cast. I’ve only seen clips but I’ve read from a few commenters that the only version available now is missing footage and is much shorter. No one has been able to obtain the original so far and the new one is only available by purchase. Watch Pop Innovators though!!
She did a guest appearance on Brody's 'Bromance' tv show lol!

Honestly, too many moments. Watching this as a grown woman I am like “holy heck, how did this young woman act so dang mature and confident and be so well spoken and stand up for herself!?” Many women at like 30+ still can’t do this. I’m 26 and still working on it 😂 honestly since watching this with y’all, I’ve been taking notes 📝 from her hahaha
Whitney screaming SAM is maybe my favorite reaction moment of all time
I needed this video today and thank you Whitney for the aggressive “SAMMMMMMMM” and Timmy for your reaction because I died laughing and it was needed 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Brody's behavior was so unbelievably toxic. That was the one scene in the entire show that I felt empathy for Spencer. Laughing at someone for going to therapy and trying to own their mistakes and change their behavior? Disgusting. Brody has pure toxic "bro" energy.
💯
Best moment of this whole video....
Whitney "I love harps"
Tim "Harps, rule"
YOUR BANGS ARE BANGIN’~ so 70s! y’all have a safe and fun trip!! thank you both for being yourselves. #enjoyable 💛
Honestly…watching Whitney and Timmy talk about their relationship spats and talking through their fights…I want a healthy relationship like theirs 😭😭❤️❤️
Right!! Such a healthy relationship model
You guys said you video numbers are going down, and I would like to say I HATED these episodes when watching the hills, but LOVE LOVE your reactions and input into the episodes so keep watching
Whitney's hair and skin. Again flawless. Love Kristin's debut.
the blue dress lauren wears lives in my head rent free
Every time I see Heidi’s mom’s face when Lauren walks in .. makes me tear up
Hahahahhaha the commentary at the end of the video had me 😭 “take me back to kohl’s”😆😆😆😆
Straight to Kohl’s! Loved this. Timmy needs to do Kelly cutrones show
Can we talk about how amazing Lauren looks when she's leaving the wedding
That was not elegant or lady like
She was so stunning she blew me away I’m mean she really served !!! I’m so obsessed 💙💙💙👑👑👑
Didn’t realize you had a UA-cam and totally binged the reaction videos to Laguna Beach and now the Hills. It truly brought back memories of me watching them for the first time. However, this go around I am so impressed with Lauren. It really made me look at her from a different perspective. Also you and Timmy are such old love souls. I love watching you both. Timmy constantly hyping you up, reassuring you, and truly listening makes me realize I shouldn’t ever settle. ❤️ Never stop making videos!!
Laurens hair at the wedding was beautiful. Heidi's dress was not my cup of tea but for the times it makes sense. I'm still disgusted that Stacey showed up. The producers have no shame??
What’s even worse is apparently Charlie asked her as his date 😂
Its MTV its tv they dont care as long has a show making money they don't care
The whole Stacey drama was fake and just for the show. Heidi and Spencer both didn’t dislike Stacey
When Timmy said, “the LAWWD”, I felt that 🥰 lol
I like how when Kristen comes out of the church she screams hi to the fans across the street, same as Heidi saying thanks for coming to them too 😅
Omg I didn’t catch that. I just rewound & you can hear the fans cheering when Kristin says hi.
I’m so excited for the Laguna Beach rewatch mainly because I want to see their reactions to two scenes:
1. When Stephen literally screams in Kristin’s face in Mexico calling her a slut.
2. When Jason kisses Jessica at the fashion show and Lauren is forcefully telling him not to touch her and he continues to do so.
Ahhh rich toxic teenagers, I’m legit suuuuuper excited hahahaha
The scene between Spencer and Brody is a clear indicator of when you outgrow people in your life, and MUST grow! This was THE ONLY time I was #TeamSpencer❤
Fake or not, I love how Kristin actually was the next one to get married after catching those flowers lol
Whitney is just the cutest and sweetest little soul. I love her 🤣 when she goes "talk to meee" idk why I love it
This would have the been the absolute best way to end the series. 😭
I freaking love you guys haha your realness about “we couldn’t film because we got into a fight” 😂so real and I love that
Thank you guys for all the work you do in filming these! I know you said your views are going down, but there are a group of us (me included) that rlly love your vids! I look forward to them every week. Can't wait for what's next for u guys! have a good vacay
Brody laughing at Spencer’s speech about being changed had me ROLLING lmfao you could tell he was trying to keep it together for the cameras but his best friend was acting like a recovering addict for the camera, I’d die laughing too 💀💀
Maybe it's just me, but I think the producers thought by bringing in Kristin Cavallari into the show would make things more interesting. However, it kind of turned the show into mostly partying and fighting with no real story. 🤷♀️ Just my intake. With that being said, can't wait for you guys to react to Laguna Hills.
“Straight to Kohl’s.” I’m CRYINGGG 😂 also, the ending song was the real song! I vividly remember her iconic exit
