Real banne ke baad walk through feel hum khud karne ka man kar raha hai bhaut sunder lobby area real time entry 24x7..every detailing apne aap bol rahi hai.. Awesome.. The door is very nice and grand...the lobby area is also nice and comfortable...but i feel when u walk thru that big door u expect to walk into a large living room which in reality it is not...the living cum dining is too small so the big door doesnt seem proportionate for the living room...just my opinion.

Serious curiosity ....their lobby is very spacious compared to the whole flat. If a single family staying there/ only residential...then why two lifts and why waste so much space there???

It’s a narrow plot and designed as per Mumbai Bylaws.
I like detailing a lot. And yes grooves find a way when I’m designing 😁

Yes. Wouldn’t recommend to use in direct harsh sunlight and for partitions in high traffic area.

ACP sheet on vertical surface is best idea in this case as this not a public building with high traffic. It’s a private residence lift.
