The black door is looking stunning, but didn't like the other ones.. could have been better.. infact washroom door is better than the 2 bedroom doors.

Hello Madam,
That fluted glass kitchen sliding door, can each panel be only 18" wide? I heard that minimum panel has to be 24" in width - issue is my kitchen door space is only 36" wide, and I can't plan 2 sliding doors with 18" width each for this soft closing technology. Please comment. Thanks.

We love your videos. You and Swapnil do a wonderful job with great creativeness and designs. It would be nice if you are able to also mention some sort of range of pricing so that viewers know in case if they want to hire you for your services. We can understand that its impossible to have exact pricing but a range would be nice to know. Its hard to find trustworthy architects or contractors in mumbai these days. You guys seem to do a good job based on your videos. I also emailed twice last month as we wanted to get some work done but no reply from you, maybe you guys are extremely busy.
We are currently not taking up new works and are low on manpower to reply to the loads of emails and comments we get. We have mentioned costing in our chandivili project. To make it viable to the office , we take projects with 70L and above budget.

Yes passage create ho raha hai. But in Mumbai and Thane with the compact plot areas and the rules one has to plan these passages specifically if you don’t want bedroom doors to open in living space

We always use stone or artificial marble for toilet doors as in a long run wood frames rott and expand

1. Door frame - is it 3 inch or less?
2. Should we use veneer or laminate for door frame
3. Laminate shown are of which company and possibly there name or color code.

Door frame is 3” wide
For doors we use laminates but for frames we always use veneers as we always touch the frames
Laminates are non branded from Thane then petrol pump Aristo shop .

Hi madam,
I have ceiling hight 10 feets, what should be best door height? Should i go with 7 feet or 8 feet?
In my home, the ceiling height is 10 feet, and the doors are 8 feet tall. The challenge arose when I wanted to install an air conditioner above my sliding doors leading to the balcony. The available space was limited, only 2 feet.
For AC installations above doors, consider a 7-foot height if space is a constraint; otherwise, opt for an 8-foot door for a more elegant appearance.
