Beautiful area. Love those lake reflections! I need to fish those lakes. Dang, I'd avoid the snow crossings whenever possible. Gravity seems to like me lately. LOL. Well done on your video capturing the adventure and the beauty. Heck Yeah! Have a great day.
Wild Day 2 you guys had. Pretty sketchy on those snow fields. Crow Butt Glissading was too funny! I know someone who’s been to that Shadow Lake and they said it had really big fish! You guys have covered some distance! Your trip already has me starting to plan a Winds adventure for next summer! I need to go back and I now own a BRFC so I can go whenever I want. Good times! Looking forward to your Day 3!
Thank you. A great day on the trail. Day 3 will not be as interesting. A long haul in and out of the valley's. I think altitude sickness had really taken it toll on Crow.
@@cachemacstrailtime that’s happened to a couple of people I know who came adventuring to the west. Acclimation is super important. Sorry to hear Crow was having a rough go.
The first couple of days out are mind-blowing. It's all really nice, but it's hard to beat the Cirque of Towers. I think Day 5 comes close. I want my ashes to be spread in that area. Just to make my kids experience it once in their life. Thanks for watching Jason!
Awesome! Breathtaking views! I would love to hike these trails and see these amazing peaks and rocky landscape! Wow!! You put in lots of miles- the creek crossings looked super cold! Great day! 👌👍👍🙌🙌🙌
My favorite views of the trip. It is a chore just getting into these trailheads. Luckily, I am from the area and can utilize family for shuttling. Thanks for watching.
Quite the spectacular area! Can't even imagine how the first settlers felt when travelling through these areas...it must have been a mixture of awe and fear combined. Awesome adventure! Bruce and Otis
Being out there makes you really think about that. They were a rare and tough breed of people. This area is so rugged, but jaw-dropping. Thanks Bruce and Otis!
I know it was a rough one, but the views were the best I captured on the whole hike. My favorite for sure. Thanks Brad. I can't wait until yours start dropping.
Absolutely amazing scenery, reminds me of the Sierra. So beautiful. Great view from up there all around and yes, some good water crossings too. I am sure you were so tired that day, plus the mosquitos...
Stunning views around Lonesome Lake. Years ago passed this area and stayed in Dubois overnight completely oblivious to the grandeur so nearby. Wonderful trail through that glorious landscape. We were heading towards Yellowstone and so with only a couple of weeks to explore we obviously missed so much. Those are views I would have been part of. Great adventure!
Thank you! It was a fun slide down, better than trying to keep cutting across that snow. This was my favorite day. Day 3 is more of just putting in miles. If I had a pole, Day 3 would be exciting, I'm sure.
I just did this same route, same direction. I can’t even imagine how scary the downside of Texas Pass must’ve been covered in snow! Was this early summer? Great video, brought me right back 😊
It was early July when we went. We had a lot of snow crossings and a lot of water. Texas Pass was a little sketchy, but we just really set our footing in. I'm glad it brought back good memories. That is why I make videos. I watch them during those long winters. Take care!

Fantastic series!!! We’ll done!
Really awesome trip. Epic place. 👍👍
It was a great trip and Texas Pass was probably my favorite spot.
Thanks for watching!
Incredible area. Beautiful views everywhere!! Really cool 👍🏻👍🏻

Absolutely gorgeous scenery! Awesome trip you two.
Trust me when I say you can't capture the beauty we've seen.
Thanks Jim!
Well done! You really captured the day on this one Mike! That was a rough day, but, amazing hiking. ✌️

It's definitely our worst day of mosquitoes, but it's worth seeing these amazing views.
Thanks Nicole!

Just absolutely beautiful. That slide down was cold on the cheeks. Great editing on the intro, my friend.
