I'm glad I was helpful. For those who may not be aware, an NPC ("Non-Player Character" ) is defined as "seemingly a human that is unable to think objectively." It is used in the video gaming world. The acronym has spread to social and political debate, usually in a pejorative way. An Obtund person is different. They are people lost in a mental haze or stupor and lack awareness of either side of any debate.
