- Every year, two volunteer caretakers stay on Seguin Island for six months, helping to maintain the 64 acres of land and look after the property's lighthouse.
As someone who is able to survive without attention. I would love something like this
I have always wanted to be a lighthouse keeper as a kid
I didn't know this was a thing until my husband told me about it yesterday. Now I'm searching. This is very interesting.

I don't think it was intended as rude but I also I do not think that it was that silly a question. Maybe their house was not wired for electricity. And it would be even less silly if they had already told the tourists that that they didn't have any Plumbing. If I would have to choose between the two, I would choose having plumbing over electricity

Not sure why that would be considered a dream job. Guess it would be sorta cool at first but after a few months, the novelty would wear off. I’d be like “I have to get off this damn island”
where is this awesome place? I would love to go there. What state is this in? I could be there all summer by myself, easily. I am a musician. I could get so much done there! Is that on the ocean or great lakes?

Out of all the islands you could have chose, Seguin is probably the worst. Very badly haunted.
