T3 B11 Answer: B. 300,000,000 is actually 300 million. You said, "300 thousand." Thanks for the lessons.
Heard this @12:30 , today. Still says '300 thousand'. Awesome content, nevertheless.
Great work Josh. Teach the tech. And always add in teaching the proper behavior on the radio too. That is such a problem these days as you are painfully aware.
My kids roasted your pronunciation of GIF sounding like Jiff the peanut butter brand.😂
We love your content thank you for this awesome channel from Alberta Canada.
Haha. The creator of the .gif says it’s pronounced jiff. Check it out. 🤣
Choosey moms choose jiff for “gif”.
So glad you pronounce this as it should be. 😄
While I subscribe to the G pronunciation, the creater stated it is pronounced “jif” but I don’t like it so I choice to ignore that fact.😂
Trying hard to pass the Ham Test, these videos help a lot! Thanks so much!
This is the one. The one I have to watch several times.
I love these videos (watching 3> due to local differences), I'd like it if you made a longer form series where you went more into detail in some of the answers as a complete newbie.
My whole channel is the “longer series” go check the “new to game radio?” Playlist.
Loving this content. One note 300M meters per second, not 300,000. Sorry Josh.
Good call, came here to see if someone caught that. Love the content even though I'm not a ham. Maybe some day. Josh, keep up the great work and thanks for being an ambassador for amateur radio!
Sounded a little slow to me but I mean, I trust Josh 🤷♂️
Thx as I have been using to pass my test. 73
For the love of ZENU! 😆 Not A Rubicon is how I found your channel. I’ll soon be taking the technician, and maybe the General class too. Good content!!
🤘😎🇺🇸
Getting prepared to be able to teach this stuff. Your channel provides a great review, plus I learned some new stuff too. Cheers and 73, de K9RFT
Awesome, thank you!
Crash Course exam question. Great job Josh. I didn't know 6m was used for meteor scatter.👍🍻
A sufficiently strong enough Aurora will allow a station to contact other stations 30 years prior. 😉
Lmao
Got a handheld and in two days connected to a repeater....these type of videos are amazing info .....no way i would of figured it out on my own ...
At work in oregon I get Alabama amd Louisiana crazy truckers on cb
damn so if you dont have any friends that are alive any more is it still valuable to know this stuff?
A person that wants to learn the answers quickly should not watch this...This is great for after you learn the answers and take the test but want to know why it is the correct answers..Too many words that as you take the test are also in the wrong answers...KISS...Keeping it simple is great and not so fast would be great...Anouther Guy on youtube keeps it simple but too fast..As I took the practice test I remember seeing some of the wrong answers that are given that makes me second guess the right answers sometimes..Like I said , I will rewatch after I pass the test because I do want to understand What I am doing..Right now I just want to Pass..Thanks for all You do..
Respectfully. People learn and retain info differently. To imply there is any one way to learn ham radio is foley.
Would the shortened frequency wave lengths turn “Stonehenge” in movie into a reactor. The Scientist said Stonehenge was going nuclear.
Why do you have to know all this stuff to talk on a 20 dollar Chinese radio
