Swap 2 fan plugs see if the problem moves to another output. If it's just the fan then just cut the new plug off and crimp it on a fan that had the previous generation plug. Just make sure they are a similar amprage.

Maybe there is an issue with your electrical current
I would try swapping plugs and see if it is actually the fan or the connection. I have similar problems with fan spoofers and immersion mining. Especially when the fluid is cold then they don't like to register. Good luck hopefully it's just a connection problem and can be fixed quick.

Noooo dont risk it with the adaptor just get the replacement fans!
What sort of BS do you have to go through with Customs to get your S21 delivered? I was about to buy one for March delivery today, but they speak of NO REFUNDS and getting the Know Your Customer BS and fill out unknown information on these 4 lines for Customs. Is it worth the hassle for a $4000 miner that will make $8 a day after electrical costs? I am in the USA.
Interestingly, you could at least log in with the IP. Mine never worked from the git-go. It is currently on its way to repair
Brand new Bitmain ASIC S21 came out of the box over heating on both normal and low settings. Looked up warranty at Bitmain and it says warranty is no longer valid. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
Why not in warranty if its brand new?
@@Graham94 I contacted Bitmain, gave them my s/n and still waiting for them to reply about warranty. I am about ready to go find the course on fixing these things and just doing it myself.
Wait, can the square connectors be spoofed? I just got my s19k pro, and somehow I missed that detail. I'm going to be using an ac affinity fan to cool the miner.
Just cut the end off the bad fan and splice onto the working fan.
Rpm I took delivery 1 st Batch S-21 Bitman OEM. ( on 18 Jan 2024 ) 8 days later.. all Good , fans perfect. 210 TH/SEC average. .( if I have any problems Fan ect) I will post them with you.
I was running( new s-21 ) on 20 amp 12 gauge wire into 20 amp PDU ( from 2 year old Cannon 1246 set up).
The s-21 pulling sold 15.5 amps on 12 Guage, the ends (connections ) warm to touch. The rule 80% 20 amps x .8 =16 amps(max) I was at 15, was under 80%, I did not like any heat, so I installed all new 1 asic power connection From main fuse box to new Machine.
I purchase was following.

new 30 am main fuse box breaker,
#2 '
25 feet 10Guage ( 2 wire, Ouch) .
#3
New L6 30 amp,Female pug in./ box.
#4 Got a 30-amp Altair PDU,
#5 S-21 came with new cord.
Now new heaver set up ,ALL warm cord ends gone!
30 amp x .8 new max is 24 amps ( VS 16amps) same asic, now drawing 1.5 amps less
has 5.5-6.6 more volts ( bigger wire less resistance).
I am going order in a set replacement fans, avoid 1-week shutdowns.

My S19 is picky with fans! I've replaced many fans due to fan speed faults. Now if I put the faulted fan in a different miner, it usually works fine but the S19 hates it.
Geez that’s a bummer man hopefully it’s an easy fix once you get the new fans
Saw a lot of scuttlebutt with Charlie L. About these…Hashrates low, wattages off…wonder if they rushed it before the halvening?
When s19s came out I had about half malfunctioning and still to this day I am trying to get them all running.
Any updates on the ETCMC Nodes Breaking even yet?
I just bought 2x of these S21's so I hope it's nothing major...
De-pin the old fan from the connector, and re-pin another fan to it....
I bet Veteran Miner could make some of those cables and add it to his selection.

The square plugs are just to make sure they don't come loose during shipping because they have that clip. The wire count and cable guage is the same
