Heat shrink is probably extra insulation in an area where the fan wires could become frayed or damaged? Just a guess. Sounds like this S21 would work well with immersion to keep the temps under control.
With the KAS Network Difficulty now sitting at ~165, how have prices on Kaspa ASIC's either increased or remained the same!? That is absolutely bizarre IMO. KS1/KS2's shouldn't be sitting anywhere *NEAR* USD $2500 & $4500 respectively.

Hello RPM The Bus bar isnt going to shock you its only 24 Volts. In that case it shouldnt be able to go through intact skin howerer maybe you feel it through a wound because flesh is more conductive than skin.
The fan orientation on the board is probably due to the chip outputs that control them, otherwise they would have to do extra circuit board wizardry to lay them out in line 🤷♂️. Same issue with octominer slots

Heat shrink is prolly there to protect the wire from the sharp edges of the case and lid holes it’s run through.
