    i rowed today in a new Gym, i noticed no one rowes and concepts standing aside in a loneliness, they had 5 of them
    they looked at me like im obsessed with the machine.(mmm USA made, Vermont, i smell freedom)
    btw i’m indeed obsessed
    so awesome its like meditation…
    set lever on 6, 3 sets for 15min-10-6
    i wanna achieve rowing for min 30min per set
