What do people think about the 'rights' comment which was made in the Podcast? I believe 'rights', taking 'holidays' as an example as was raised in the podcast, is important. An employee might need to take a mental health day to recuperate from the busy period so that the next working day he/she can provide their 100% and be their best self at work. I think it ensures that the 'hunger to learn' does not diminish and further ensures efficiency. Appreciate the fact that others might think differently.
