They should have gotten David Hasselhoff for an alternate Nick Fury cameo. Everyone forgets about the Nick Fury 90s tv movie, but he was great in it.
My favorite part of this review was when vito said he blew fraiser.

These movies and TV shows are a mess, no one watch everything or remembers everything perfectly. so when you're selling something that woulc confuse people you need something to help people. I think Vito forgets Marvel is trying to sell this to normies.

vito... the space station was being damaged by the energy from the unstable portal...
Bad lady needed both bands to have the power to open a portal strong enough to transfer all the energy of a sun. She couldn't just blast the sun with the bracelets and fix it. When she hoes to open the portal, captain marvel grabs her arms and the bracelets absorbed so much power, that when she tried to open the portal it killed her and tore a hole into x-men universe.
Also carol says in the movie is that she destroyed the supreme intelligence, and that destabilized the kree home world, resulting in a civil war that destroyed the ocean, atmosphere, and sun.
She didn't do it... but she caused it. She tried to fix things and she just fucked them up worse. Photon is the one who told carol what was wrong with the sun and that she could fix it.
So she could have gotten both bangles, found a sun orbiting a lifeless planet and juat transferred that.

I don't know how Dick can watch a movie while on LSD and be able to understand what's going on in the movie. I watched Batman and Robin while on LSD and it nearly drove me insane. lol.

I never would have guessed by looking at them that these guys are nerds.
They tried to go deep it sounds like, trying to invoke the spirit of the original male Captain Marvel from the books with the bangles and the switching. You would have to be a comic book fan to know the original and his story with Rick Jones. Even in the books it was confusing.

as someone who knows all these characters from the comics, its shit and these characters are so far from anything good its amazing, especially Ms. (Captain) Marvel, who for years was a great character but has slowly been flattened into what she is now, its so bad.

In Star Trek: Beyond they played Sabotage, not Intergalactic. I actually felt like it was done well in that movie but overall I agree that the Beastie Boys are a little overdone at this point.
They also played "Sabotage" in the first Star Trek reboot back in 2009, when Kid Kirk steals his stepdads car and drives it off a cliff.
She was never called Photon nor was she credited that way.

They stole a Green Lantern plot point as well, with the sun of a planet which the hero left for dead needing them to fly into it to power it.

The slippery slope that I've been warning about for years with the MCU using "comedy" to cover over a thin plot and weak character development seem to have culminated in this movie.

The amazing thing is that what youre saying now wont be a unique view at all. I don't think anyone can properly explain these powers or why certain things happened
True. The idea that they swap when using powers at the same time doesn’t hold up because two of them fly at the same time without swapping and then the third one starts using her powers but still nothing happens. At the last second a swap happens where two of them switch places with one chick.
