Also check out Ken Wapnick of A Course in miracles on UA-cam and swami Sarvapriyanda of NYC Vedanta society. The highest reality is nondual. The teachers I mentioned above are the best ones out there. Neale is right.

I bought the book. I read it amd sobbed in knowing that all my pain had been my chance to be more deeply myself. I know that the pain of generational trauma has begun to end in the love of understanding that my mom was giving me the chance to love her anyway. It was soo deep. I still want to cry, release some of the burdens that I've always called mine. They that pain was my mom's and my dads. It carried heavy. I lost him to suicide, my elder brother to suicide, and my mom to schizophrenia. And still. I AM THE LIGHT, and god has sent no one but angels to my life. Thank you, Neale!

Lynn Love I think you're confusing love as a human emotion, which is based on attachments & 'because of something' (another person or objects etc) as opposed to the spiritual love which is without any conditions & not based on anything around us, it's a state of consciousness. The love we experience is as u say just fleeting.
When we filter truth through our own pain experience it doesn't always sit well. To really hear the teacher we must forget all past pain and experience and open our hearts and souls. "Let he who has ears hear..." thankyou Neale 💜

Made me a much better person, Ithought I was a good person, but became even kinder, more empathetic, so glad to have been there for so many. Thank you, Neale Donald Walsh. At 75, not sure how much longer I will be here, but will be grateful for whatever time I have to be there for who ever.

I lost my little brother a few days ago, yesterday was his funeral. I am so lost and I don't know how I will ever cope or if I can go on. Life feels so meaningless to me now.

If you reach your hand out to an evil person that is falling off a cliff they will try to pull you down with them rather than be saved. At that moment when I let go to save myself from being dragged into darkness I understood how God felt about Satan. You can't save anyone that has been brought up evil as a child as their synapses have not connected they have no empathy and even God's love and light won't reach them. Evil does exist and it breaks my heart that you have to walk away from these people - as a child I believed that love could mend a hole in someones heart - I was wrong - only God can do that and only they can ask for it to be healed. And they don't. They just try to drag others down with them. We are here to save people from these evil people not save the evil people. But you have to know and face hell in order to truly appreciate heaven. Hell is the narcissists and the psychopaths with no empathy. Dust off your sandals and walk away from these people for they will not listen they just seek out the light to try to put it out. - This man's voice is ASMR heaven ;)

I for sure forgive anyone who does and I’ll say hurtful things and not evil to me and I try not to take it personal. When I walk away from helping someone it’s only because the pain gets too unbearable
If you’re getting beaten the best thing to do is walk away before you’re beaten to death
Forgive yes certainly and feel empathy for the person doing the beating because they must be hurting have been hurt or maybe just grew up in that environment

I was telling my son the other day that we have to show children as much love as possible to break the cycle
When things happen to children people feel bad for them but when they grow up people think they’re evil and say they get what they deserve
That always bothered me because who knows what happened to them to make them feel there is no love

With a smile to someone in the store, to those who are around you or help you out in some way. Your acknowledgement of their kindness is giving love.............
No-one should pine because they are not loved and cannot give love. There are places, hospices for example.... some people in there are alone.... a bit of company would cheer them up and that is giving love, and you will receive it, even if only with smiles and a hug.
Love is everywhere still, you just have to recognise it.

This is a very logical explanation, but still does not explain why we have the need to know who we are. It sounds like a contradiction, if the realm of the absolute is absolute (complete), why is there a need to have the experience of knowing who we are. It sounds like there is an experiential lack that is trying to be filled. I believe that our rational minds can not possibly explain why we are here, it is with our hearts that we can see our true purpose on this earth. This is the purpose of existence, it's to move from non-being to being, then back again. If you can imagine God as the cycle of inhaling/exhaling. This inhaling and exhaling is existence, God is existence that is aware of itself. Existence is the movement of one thing to another like a cycle, a death/rebirth. We are a result of existence, the movement from the infinite to the finite, non- being to being. The reason why we should seek to understand who we are beyond our finite self is because it is what leads to the end point of the process. Once you have fully realized and remember who you actually are, than you have manifested completely into this dream in a sense. It's Enlightenment, or an awakening. This will allow for a deeper and richer experience of this dream.
Natural, you are correct to see that this explanation does NOT make good sense. No matter how confident a man seems to be as he delivers his speculations, they are nothing more than that. So physical part is our darkness that should be filled with light. When we are born we are like seed in ground, but most of us do not get out off ground and don't fill body with energetic roots. No disrespect to the beautiful insights by Neale but I agree with you, I took it to heart to feel peace momentarily but that is all it is, momentarily peace when we are by ourselves. When we go back into the life we’re living, it’s like being in a world that is being hit by a bus, again and again and again. I don’t even know what to ask to get an answer, the nearest thought would be as what you are thinking. When I began to get some understanding and rationalized that it is all actually about myself, the “I”, the “Me” in going about the world and doing my best to be the best and pure of being as in being The Light in society, then we are told that the whole life purpose is not about “You” (the I, the Me, the You). Hmmmm, back to square one.

I think the whole concept is flawed, the whole universe is a bad design, yes, brilliant and complex, but born seemingly out of an evil and sadistic mind. I just said to an acquaintance yesterday: All the Near Death Experiencers say that "over there" they knew so much, they were so smart, so wise, so insightful, and back here all knowledge was wiped out again. So how come spiritual teachers are trying to tell us we come here to learn stuff, if we're so smart already "over there", there is no need to come here. I didn't really listen to this video to the end, I'm talking about what most spiritual teachers say: We come here to learn. And I have to disagree with that, because it is pointless to assume a human body with a stupid and limited brain, with all knowledge wiped out from the spiritual realm. I can't see the point.

I think the same as you
You carry the karmic imprints within the soul even after death. This karmic balance-sheet determines the next birth by matching appropriately the needed environment for growth. By karma I don’t mean just good or bad, it means lessons needing to be learned, experiences remaining to be had etc etc. Right birth to right parents, in right country, race, gender and time are all perfectly selected automatically. No need for us to do anything except keep playing by the rule of love.

@@emilysaldana4403 To be rid of the Ego characteristics (material enjoyments, love, hate, pleasure pain etc) and become part of that One Undifferentiated Universal Consciousness. Just like the rivers after traveling through many towns, forests (like many lifetimes) ultimately join the Ocean. Or that wave on the sand being absorbed into the ocean again. But to reach that ultimate Stillness is not ever easy because the Ego desires keeps the soul in the dualistic plane where everything comes in pairs (pleasure-pain, health-disease as mentioned before). Heck, most of humanity cannot even overcome their taste buds for foods that are known to be detrimental. Hence this “drama” or circus of death, rebirth keeps playing over and over again. Majority of beings (except for those ancient sages in the Himalayas who are not reborn again) love to participate in this drama. Why not? After all it is one heck of a show until of course it gets old and tiresome.
So true!! 'Conversations with God' was such a powerful eye opening experience when I listened 2 the audio book years ago. This interpretation of life resonates so deeply within me!

9:40 A LOT of people can't understand why I allow myself to be around anyone who self proclaims themself as villains. But this vid clarifies why.
I see a light in people surrounded by darkness, but many others don't see that light, because they don't know the light as well as I do in order to recognise it. So I know God sends me to shine in dark places.
They were not aware that they were living in darkness, because darkness is what they knew best.
They'd become one with the darkness but they barely knew of the light. Now they have seen my light, they are aware that they've been living in darkness. Now they see that the light is better. Now they turn to the light more. They believe in God more because I've preached that I am his child and a catholic, thus, a temple of Jesus Christ(The perfect being, the brightest light in the world).
So we come here to know or experience who we are? ...great, so what you are saying is we don't know who we are in spirit? ... that's really good info thanks. We are living as fkn wage slaves here on earth, 9 to 5 bullshit till we die. This world is a fkn nightmare.

2410 73691 ...I am a newbie here. And I’m trying just as hard as you are with the same reasons. I’m not so concerned about why am I here because I believe that what ever that reason may be, it will come one way or another. Maybe I’m here to give birth to 2 beautiful children (which I have) and just maybe, one of my kids will be a part of something so incredible that made a difference in someone else’s life or just life in general and therefore if she or he wouldn’t have been born this great importance never would have happened. That may be why I’m here, is to birth a special child. Or, maybe I’m here because I was some mean person in my past life, expected everything given to me (sometimes I feel as though I shouldn’t have to clean or do wifey duties just because I don’t want to. I want to do something else besides that ). because I had someone else to do them for me like I was a wealthy queen). But in all my years, today this time period while growing up I still had everything handled to me. Maybe I had to learn great sorrow (which I sure did) to learn how to really appreciate what I have now (we live check to check) I’ve learned how to OH MY GOSH, love so hard and just want to help others. My heart feels for everything living. Maybe that’s why im here. Or maybe it hasn’t happened yet. Maybe I’m still waiting too. I don’t know. What I do Know is I wish my kids my husband my family and friends could live forever. Because I’m so scared of death because death in my mind, is forever. I don’t ever want to be away from my kids as they are my world my every breath and without them I’m lost. Boy, maybe I have a lesson to learn lol. And I might just have to take that other person advice too. Because believe me when I say I feel lost sometimes when things sometimes falls apart around me. Another flaw in this theory: we condemn the parts of us that are flawed, that we associate with evil. It's not black and white. Sometimes we intend for good but bad things happen. And then, it's a cycle of questioning who we are. Are we good? Are we bad? Did that bad thing happen because I am the evil that caused it?

The Law myoho-renge-kyo represents the identity of what some scientists refer to as the ‘unified field of all consciousnesses’. In other words, it’s a sound vibration that is the essence of all of existence and non-existence, the ultimate creative force behind planets, stars, nebulae, people, animals, trees, fish, birds, and all phenomena, manifest or latent. All matter and intelligence are simply waves or ripples manifesting to and from this core source. The big difference between chanting Nam-myoho-renge-kyo and most other conventional prayers is that instead of depending on a ‘middleman’ to connect us to our state of enlightenment, we’re able to do it ourselves by tapping directly into it by way of self-produced sound vibration.
On the subject of ‘Who or What Is God?’, when we compare the concept of ‘God’, as a separate entity that is forever watching down on us, to Nichiren’s teachings, the true omnipotence, omniscience and omnipresence of what most people call ‘God’ is our enlightenment, which exists nowhere else but within us.
When the disciples asked Jesus where the Kingdom of God is, didn’t he tell them that it was within them?
Some say that ‘God’ is an entity that can never be seen. I think that the vast amount of information that is constantly being conveyed via electromagnetic waves gives us proof of how an invisible state of ‘God’ could actually exist. It’s widely known that certain data being relayed by way of electromagnetic waves has the potential to help bring about extraordinary and powerful effects, including instant global awareness of something or mass emotional reaction. As well as many other things, it’s also common knowledge that these waves can easily be used to detonate a bomb or to even enable NASA to control the movements of a robot as far away as the Moon or Mars. However, none of this is possible without a receiver to decode the information that is being transmitted. Without the receiver, the information would remain impotent.
In a very similar way, it’s important for us to have our ‘receiver’ switched on so that we can activate a clear and precise understanding of our life, all other life and what we and all else that exists truly is. Chanting Nam-myoho-renge-kyo helps us to achieve this because it allows us to reach into the core of our enlightenment and switch it on. That’s because the sound vibration of myoho-renge-kyo represents the combination of the three major laws that underlie all existence.
Myoho represents the Law of latency and manifestation (Nature) and consists of two alternating states. One state of myo is where everything in life that’s not obvious to us exists. This includes our stored memories when we’re not thinking about them, our hidden potential and inner emotions whenever they’re not being expressed, our desires, our fears, our wisdom, happiness, karma, and more importantly, our enlightenment. The other state, ho, is where everything in Life exists whenever it becomes obvious to us, such as when a thought pops up from within our memory, whenever we experience or express our emotions, or whenever a good or bad effect manifests from our karma. When anything becomes apparent, it simply means that it has come out of the state of ‘myo’ (dormancy/latency) and into a state of ho (manifestation). It’s simply the difference between consciousness and unconsciousness, being awake or asleep, or knowing and not knowing something.
The second law, renge, governs and controls the functions of myoho, ren meaning cause and ge meaning effect. The two laws of myoho and renge, both functions together simultaneously, as well as underlies all spiritual and physical existence.
The final and third part of the tri-combination, kyo, is what allows the law myoho to be able to integrate with the law renge. It’s the great, invisible thread of energy that fuses and connects together all Life and matter, as well as the past, present and future. It is often termed the Universal Law of Communication. Perhaps it could even be compared to the string theory that some scientists now suspect exists.
Just as our body cells, thoughts, feelings and all else are constantly fluctuating within us, everything in the world around us and beyond is also in a constant state of flux, in accordance with these three laws. In fact, more things are going back and forth between the two states of myo and ho in a single moment than it would ever be possible for us to calculate or describe. And it doesn't matter how big or small, important or trivial that anything may appear to be, everything that’s ever existed in the past exists now or will exist in the future, exists only because of the workings of myoho-renge-kyo.
These three laws are also the basis of the four fundamental forces and if they didn't function, neither we nor anything else could go on existing. Simply put, all forms of existence, including the seasons, day and night, birth, death and so on, are all moving forward in an ongoing flow of continuation, rhythmically reverting back and forth between the two universal states of myo and ho in absolute accordance with renge and by way of kyo. Even stars are dying and being reborn in accordance with the workings of what the combination myoho-renge-kyo represents.
Nam, or Namu, on the other hand, is a password or a key; it allows us to reach deep into our life and fuse with or become one with myoho-renge-kyo. On a more personal basis, nothing ever happens by chance or coincidence, it’s the causes that we’ve made in our past, or are presently making, that determine how these laws function uniquely in each of our lives from moment to moment, as well in our environment. By facing east, in harmony with the direction that the Earth is turning, and rhythmically chanting Nam-myoho-renge-kyo for a minimum of ten minutes daily, anyone can experience actual proof of its positive effects in their life.
In so doing, we can pierce through even the thickest layers of our karma and activate our Buddha Nature (enlightened state). We’re then able to summon forth the wisdom needed to challenge, overcome and change our negative circumstances into positive ones. It brings forth the wisdom that can free us from the ignorance and stupidity that is preventing us from accepting and being proud of the person that we truly are, regardless of our race, colour, gender or sexual preference. We are also able to see and understand our circumstances and environment more clearly, as well as attract and connect with any needed external beneficial forces and situations.
Actual proof soon becomes apparent to anyone who chants the words Nam-myoho-renge-kyo on a regular daily basis. Everything is subject to the law of Cause and Effect, so the strength of the result from chanting depends on dedication, sincerity and determination. To explain it more simply, the difference could be compared to making a sound on a piano, creating a melody, or producing a song and so on.
NB: There are frightening, disturbing sounds and there are tranquil and relaxing sounds. It's the emotional result from any sound that can trigger off a mood or even instantly change one. When chanting Nam-Myoho-Renge-Kyo each day you are producing a sound vibration that is the password to your true inner-self - this soon becomes apparent when you start reassessing your views on various things, such as your fears and desires etc. The important way to get the best result when chanting is not to see things in a conventional way (difficult to achieve but can be done), rather than reaching out to an external source, you need to reach into your own life and bring your needs and desires to fruition from within, including any help that you may need. Think of it as a seed within you that you are bringing sunshine and water to in order for it to grow, blossom and bring forth fruit or flowers. It’s important to understand that everything that we need in life, all the answers and potential to achieve our dreams, already exist within us.

I was never one to believe in the traditional depiction of "God" that I was brought up on, the old bearded man in the sky, but if that god ever existed, he is sitting here in the white shirt with the white beard giving this talk. There is no person closer to that perception to me than Neale Donald Walsch. I would say that he is God, which in fact he is, but we are all God in physical form.

How do we know if we walk a path of light and righteousness unless we see the results of those who have taken a darker path in life.
