Hello sir, big Fan Age 26. Direct stocks from last 1 yr, MF from last 3 yrs Sectors i Own : Finance - 2 (Biggies) Chemicals - 4 (agro+spl chem included) Materials - 3 (paints ,cables, mdf - 1biggie, 2 growth) Platform - 1 Pharma - 3 (2 API, 1 CDMO) FMCG - 2 (2 biggies but bought at cheap) Health - 1 (growth) Conglomerate - 1 Auto - 2 ( 1 non play, 1 ev play) No Indian IT in my PF, i invest in nasdaq fund.
I have HCL Tech and ICICI Sec, and that's my dividend play. Missed the ITC bus. Powergrid and HindZinc are interesting. Will keep them on watch for catching them in the downtrend. Thanks a lot for sharing the knowledge across.
Nice Analysis. Dividend investing was a theme 10-15 yrs back in investing when I got 10% yield along with double digit growth CAGR. Nowadays as those business are costly, hence unattractive in div yield front. Another point, sometime invested 13-14 month to get two yearly dividends, which made yield of 15-16% or more and much lucrative than FDs.
Sonata Software is another company we can look for dividend yield. Cloud business growing very well, dividend yield of 3.09% and profit growth of 20% in last 5 years and 33% in TTM.
Happy Diwali 🙏 Thank you for watching our videos. 😃 We are glad to know that our content was comprehensive and interesting. We hope to continue adding value to you.
Thank you for clearing the concepts regarding dividends investment. I have question that like in Hindustan zinc I see that promoter pledging is around 86%. Do you think that whether promoters pledging will act as value trap for investors or not and how as investors we look at promoter pledging.
Sir Good morning Where you position REC and PFC their yield is almost 9% ..yes they are government companies but if power sector has to grow will they not benefit
Hi. Another nice candidate for the dividend is PGINIT. Share unit price 140 and the dividend is 12 per year. Worth to study this market having huge potential in India.
This is good explanation about business as whole. However, it has covered less of dividend. There are many companies which we can use as income source for long term.
Avanti feeds giving good dividend but also reinvesting in capacity addition..Bandapuram..175000 MT..Nov 2021.. capacity expansion..1250 million..that is why keeping profit back..correct me if I am wrong..
Coal India govt company. The stock is in downtrend. See most psu companies won't work for profitability. And stock appreciation is more important than dividend. Think why coal India is giving 10% dividend now, because coal reinvest less amount into development and most of the profit goes to politicians 😎
Do you think a person can craft a pension plan for himself through the 4 stocks you mentioned? Dividends, in a sense could help replicate the cash flows for a retired person i guess. Would love to know yout thoughts on this. This idea is specifically appealing because rental yield in India is supposed to be about 2% and comes with a lot of hassle of finding tenants and maintaining the property.
Stock market can never , neither gurantee nor confirm high probability of success for anything ... Risking Pension over it is a very bad idea. Even if you see Govt's NPS scheme, it invests largely into FDs, Bonds type of investments.
First of all big Thanks to Ismohit Arora Sir, and I am very grateful for all the knowledge you are sharing. Sir, can you throw some lights upon the investments ideas while considering dividend investing, such as :- Vedanta, IRB InvIT, BPCL, IOC, REC, PFC, PTC, NALCO, Coal India, IRFC, Tata Steel, SAIL, etc.. as some of them are available at >10% Dividend yeild. Thank you.

Thank you.
What about COAL INDIA AND BPCL?
Coal India govt company. The stock is in downtrend. See most psu companies won't work for profitability. And stock appreciation is more important than dividend. Think why coal India is giving 10% dividend now, because coal reinvest less amount into development and most of the profit goes to politicians 😎
@@roopsai8159 yes, I know all these things. But it is about dividend investing. So why I asked about it. It should have been added.
Have you not considered REC Limited, ( Rural Electrification Corporation Limited )
Not so easy my friend. Although you can have some pocket money coming through dividends annually
Stock market can never , neither gurantee nor confirm high probability of success for anything ... Risking Pension over it is a very bad idea. Even if you see Govt's NPS scheme, it invests largely into FDs, Bonds type of investments.
India doesn't have 2% rental yield.
I like growth+ devidend stocks like as TCS, Infosys. Not PSU stocks which are not growing.
ICIcI sec hoe market share is stable?
