I was just started to watch movie after long time in mobile but as soon as I saw notification from SOIC. Within second I clicked on it. thats how we love ur videos sir

Kovai is looking interesting because they are expanding to Chennai which is a main hub for Tamil Nadu and from here onwards they can reach to other cities as well, once they build their brand at major city. Market might not give high multiple due to geographical concentration, but it is their moat as well, as they build brand in that particular geography and on their educational side they can identify good Doc and staff and in return those Doc and staff can generate good reputation and revenue for them. Yatharth is looking interesting because of capex plan and reducing dependency on Govt. Jupiter is looking interesting because they are coming with capex in Indore and Mumbai ( where land is a problem) and in Indore they still has capacity to cater new patient as well as in Pune. Their debt become zero which lead to financial leverage as well. At last thank you paaji for teaching what actual research looks like to a nerd person like me.Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Paaji is here to teach us everything without wanting any favour from our side. The end goal of SOIC to educate us to the level where we can find good companies on our own and also spread such knowledge in our friend circle and vicinity, so that everybody understand the power of financial literacy and look Stock market as a proper business and not as a gambling machine.Thank you paaji for teaching us constantly.Massive respect for SOIC employees who worked really hard to make our life and investing easy.Thank you from the bottom of my heart🙏
Thank you so much for your heartfelt appreciation. Your acknowledgment of the team's hard work truly means the world to us.Massive gratitude for your support and respect-this keeps us motivated to continue striving for excellence. 🙏
Hi. When presenting slides, esp those which are number heavy, please start with giving inferences, and use selective data to support the inferences you're drawing. It's makes it more engaging, vs reading aloud all the numerical data in the slide.
Hi Ishmohit sir.One thing i would like to add that now u are becoming a very good teacher . Initially when i started to follow you till now you do groomed as a teacher .Gid bless you
He said Ebitda and not revenue/Sales And thats the interesting part, its not even 20% of the revenue and yet contributes ~50% to the EBITDA/Operating profit
@r_nijhara Thanks yeah seems Cayman has higher impact on Ebitda. Not sure how to get the proper numbers though. From their latest quarterly presentation, NH has a total Ebitda of 332 crores out of which 243 crores is from India Operations which is more than 70 percent. If we think the other ~30% comes from Cayman then with just 15% rev, it is contributing to ~30% Ebitda! Means Cayman has double the margins of India biz then. Interesting.

Your analysis is outstanding ! One humble suggestion to make the analysis more helpful and easy : 1.What is the most important factor to observe for analysing or differentiation of a stock in a sector ? For example ,in hospital sector brownfield capex , raising bed occupancy, taking lease of building , margin expansion on rising occupancy, general or specialised category - which factor will be the key takeway for good growth in a hospital ? 2. Which metric is the most essential in analysing the balance sheet of a hospital - is it operating profit margin quarterly or cash flow or 15 to 20% pat growth quarterly ? Please analyze Industrials and Appliances sector , because with rapid modernisation and introduction in Artificial Intelligence should Industrials sector get। disrupted in India or this sector will not get disrupted for incresing capex by Government and private sector ? 1.
sir, you have to make video on Muthoot Finance because it shown phenominal result this quater & also increase their future growth guidance. This is important because company perform great in this disrupted market. So one video from you on this great company is very crucial.

Rainbow Hosp seems like a good bet, it's a children's hospital. With the middle class growing and birth rate declining, parents want the best for their child, so I'll wait for it to cool down a little and then invest. Also Cancer specialist hospital seems like a good bet
Jupiter looks interesting as they are expanding in Dombivali & Pune both cities where population growth was exponential in past 10 years.also Dombivali & nearby areas currently do not have any large hospital chain.i feel their chances of early breakeven & growth are more
