no way he will dominate as much as Taylor. He'll burn out unless he starts managing his calendar more and getting fitter. Ther's way more many ppl who can beat Littler now on tour than could beat Taylor back int he day
Mate iv been saying this for the last 8 month iv had more abuse from silly little kids that have only been watching darts since littler burst on the scene. Theres no question he is a fantastic player but the fact that now there is a number of players that can and have beat him. When we was in the Phil Taylor era there was only a couple that had a slight chance of beating Phil. Luke littler ain't even in my top 5 players
@ what so because he has won a few tournaments it should make me put him in my top 5 that would make me nothing but a glory fan. I’m not taking nothing away from his achievements he is fantastic but ain’t my cup of tea plus he’s a united fan 🤣
@@russchamberlain536 So your opinion of Littler is emotional rather than the obvious.. I'm not even a huge Luke Littler fan, but it's not even up for debate that the kid is, and would be in anyone's top 5 as the best players, because he's the best player aside form Humphries on tour right now.
this is your opinion he is fantastic for darts and will bring through younger players who are good he has done wonders for darts so dont knock him or darts
If this was about Luke Humphries, Micheal Smith or Rob Cross, I'd totally agree that these robots are having that effect Stephen Hendry had on snooker, all the characters losing to robots. However I consider Littler somwhat a saviour against the aforementioned borefests. He's like the young Mike Tyson of Darts.
For me, this isn't about Littler - Darts hasn't been the same really since the crowds got bigger and it's all about getting 'on it' rather than actually watching it. Look at old games and the crowds are all hooked on the game, now it's full of whistling, jeering and chanting. That's what's different.
People still definitely are there for the games though? The crowd are very reactive to the darts thrown. So do yout think the crowds now aren't beneficial for the sport?
@TheDartSide1 They are, I just think it's got too much - like yes some are watching it but the vast majority don't seem to be and are just their getitng off their heads.
Your videos are good - Hope to see yous not using AI down the future because it's the only fault really. Nearly every video on youtube now is AI voice and it means a lot more now more than ever to know a normal real person is behind the video and not come robot. Keep them coming either way look forward to see what avenues you explore next.
Thanks for the comment. Its interesting to hear how much the AI voice over makes a difference with people. The script is all me but just the voiceover is exported as an AI one to help with cost and efficiency Any video ideas you'd like to see or be discussed on the channel?
@TheDartSide1 AI voice might work for first time viewers but in the long run I think it wont build much support - I'd love to see some older stories from Darts, only really got into it myself since littler end of 2023 so missed a lot of stories from previous champions etc Something about history of PDC and or BDO maybe might be good
This was always going to happen once the money started to get so big. Over the last 10-15 years the pay checks have gotten bigger throughout the season, so young players now see this as a viable full-time profession. Unlike in the old days there was only a couple of tournaments where the money was good without having to even get into the last couple of rounds, so for most players you needed another job and to play the exhibition circuit. He might dominate for the next couple of years, but more and more young players will come through like he did and compete with him.
I don't agree that the darts world will be domminated by Littler. First, this game is so mental, so as humans, not every PDC players will be able to perfom consistenly in every game. Another thing is, you always think that you are the best until you face better than you. Maybe his performance push the other players to do more practice and try to get better. Also we know that so may young players are coming from reserves and I think some of them could be better than Littler in the near future.
Thinking long term, will Darts suffer as a result of Littler's success?!
For sure the Skill floor for darts is raised a ton now however I don't think we will see the skill ceiling anywhere close to being reached yet.
I don't think he will win another world championship for years🏆. I really like him so not outta hate......it's Keith deller 2.0
No, how can it ? Seems like a strange question to ask.
to bad people are jealous of luke

🔥👍
Top 5?? Doesn't his performance over the last 12 months jsut earn him a default spot?!

The video is only to encourage a debate and is all speculation. How the sport changes in the coming years will be interesting to see!
@TheDartSide1 'Sport' ?

Think he’s going to dominate for years to come but hopefully still stays entertaining with underdogs still being able to win!

darts will be ok, if people are jealous of littler they just need to get better

That is the next video going live haha so watch this space
Will take on your feedback for the voiceover
Great video! How do i contact you asap.
I think his recent loss to Bunting reminds us that it's unlikely there'll be a Phil Taylor dominating everyone

So you dont think we're seeing a competition that will be dominated by one man?

How will he dominate Darts? Total BS. I remember when MVG won his first T.V. major. The World Masters at 18 years old. He did not go on to dominate.
Clean cut image? The guy lives on kebabs!
This one feels like it was written by AI
Nick what you hating on the channel for
@TheDartSide1 I'm providing constructive feedback whilst driving up engagement
Poor fellow....or RICH fellow 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Very very rich fellow haha
Absolute nonsense - just look what has happened to soccer, cricket and most main stream professional sports
What did happen? Which atheletes are you referencing?
Bs
What bits dont you agree with?
