    Best Topic👍🏋️‍♂️🍀
Sleep is king...but how do you sleep and its consistency, especially to know your body!
Know if your body is diurnal or nocturnal, and that's what I found out to be Genetic, so you can't change...
It's a pain to force your sleep early, but it's easy to stay awake until late...
Big dilemma but until Sleep...Sleep it is very important for the body!

I’m considering TRT as a 25 year old male. I’ve been consistent in the gym for 5+ years I’ve eaten mostly healthy and have all of the lifestyle factors in line. I would love to hear adams take on being on TRT and his suggestions for getting on or off of it to maintain higher natural T levels.

I like a cyclical low carb. Low carb all week and then one cheat day spiking carbs and calories. At least until I get BF down below 10% and reduce insulin resistance

Estrogenic compounds has been my kryptonite. The past few years I smoked pot on a daily basis and it came back to bite me. I feel my testosterone levels are really low, I recently quit, fingers crossed my testosterone increases.

Not to sure Fasting reduces Test levels. Many studies indicate it boosts the production of test and HGH.

Your body only ever does anything when it feels like it needs to. Talking to women raises testosterone. Your body wants to impress the girl, so it raises testosterone to maximize it's chance of reproducing. If you avoid women, your body has no need to raise testosterone.
Winning at competitive activities and sports also raises testosterone. Competing or playing sports to win is a huge stress on your body. And your body doesn't enjoy stress. So, it raises testosterone to not face the stress again. If you don't compete, your body has no stress and again no need to raise testosterone.
It's the same principle that works on building muscle. You body doesn't like lifting weights. You lift something that weighs 70kgs and it will put stress on your body. Your body doesn't wanna live it again. What does it do? Build muscle to not be stressed again. If you don't live heavy weights, your body has no need to build muscle.

What are you talking about. In one podcast u said that raising testosterone level naturally can be up to 50% increase. Now you speak about getting from 100 to 500+ in such short period of time?

    Yep.. lift weights..
I'm 53.. my soldier stands to attention every freaking night at 3am... 🥺 . Happens when I do an high intensive weight training.. little rest between sets and exercise .
When I do less intensive it only happens when I wake up 😁...
