That Lakeville game was great, well played. This tank reminds me of AMX 50B - perfect late game tank. Very fast, good accurate gun, better spotting potential. The most important task is conserving your hit points early game so you can be a bigger help late game

Satellite wasn't comparing the tanks per se, rather saying that both are good for late games. The high mobility of the...I don't even know what the new vehicle is called...and the reliable firepower certainly make it a good condidate for late game

all wheeled vehicles need to be classed in this same class, ebrs need to classed and the new brits need to be classed as wheeled vehicles and ebrs need to be removed from light tank status
lol, look at the stats, its a tier 10 that is worse than the leo-prototype, but with worse camo.
Whilst they’re not great, I’m looking forward to the addition of these tanks, which aren’t going to be meta tanks.

This tank needed one of three things to be worth playing: best in class mobility, best in class camo, or something like 560 hesh.
Yea, maybe a big caliber troll gun or something, so at least one feature of the tank is not worse that leopard
We don't need more of "best in class" this & that, especially with mobility.
The only thing that they can give this thing to make it different from the Leo1 is alpha.
Keep the DPM but +50 alpha and change the reload accordingly. This way it will be different enough from the Leo1 to have a place in the game while remains being in control with its performance.

Why bother to grind it, when it literally is worse than tanks you already have in your garage. I don't hate this kind of thinking, but there is really no need to grind worse tanks if you aren't one of us veterans, who are playing game, like in my case 9 years already. I have almost every tech line, so for me, it doesn't matter, I will go for this tank just out of curiosity too. Still, for players, who are struggling with money, XP or are just interested in special tanks or meta tanks, for them this tank is literally GARBAGE.

they could have easily taken charioteer's top gun,buff the penetration,aiming time,reload time and accuracy so it has HESH rounds which would make it worth something

Look like dedicated long range sniper / fast flank support. If only the gun handling on the move about the same as EBR this thing gonna be a good chaser.

The crew is very similar to Cobra. If you put a special crew on your Cobra, it's a good fit.

This tank needs a buff, I think we all agree, quite sad it's a worse Leopard pretty much at everything. It seems WG don't like British tanks in general (except Chieftain of course)

@@mattkelly6226 Compared to the Centurion AX that recently got buffed, this tank is quite bad. The AX with HESH can rip apart the Concept 5, reloading in about 6.3 seconds or something, the Concept takes like 3 extra seconds to reload... that's really bad. I had the impression the line would be a sniper medium profile when I bought the GSOR 1010 and I wasn't wrong. It will get buffed eventually but considering how many years and buffs the AX needed to be competitive the Concept might still be sad by 2028

Literally all British tier 10 tanks are competitive or a max stat tank played for fun
1. Either make it a Light tank so it has the same camo on the move as stationary
2. Either give it better reload
3. (My favorite) just give it the new normal alpha of 490 and its fine
the arty focus on this tanks will be insane
You won't get focused sniper at the back, unless you're constantly spotted

I currently have the t7 fully equipped with a 4 skill crew.
I must say that I love this tank (I also have the premium t8) but I admit that the slightest error pays very, very dearly!
No armor, even a T3 would penetrate you but it has a super cannon that pierces almost everything and a very good reverse speed (which will save your life more than once).
For the t5 and t6 these are really very bad tanks!!!
I'm like you, for the moment I'll classify it as a fun medium tank to play if you know how to use it.
Personally I'm going to do the full line and I can already tell you that I'm going to keep the t7 for its fun, especially since it won't cost anything in credits whether in win or loose.
It's not the epic line but it's nice if you're not crazy about contact.
There is no way this armored car can turn its turret and not fall over... I refuse to believe

I enjoyed playing this on the test server just because the gun and out different it was but I don't think it's a line I would actually grind, which seems to be a theme with all the new lines they put out now
Everyone is saying the armor is terrible while it has the armor of an EBR. The light tank had GOOD armor because of the wheels. Ever shot it with a 183mm HESH shell and done no damage?

I think the Concept 5 is a great addition. People calling for buffs and saying it should be better than the Leo 1 are the exact reason why power creep happens. Infact the Leo 1 needs closer to the same reload as the Concept 5. 9-8.5 seconds would do the trick.
No this tank shouldnt have a 7 second reload, no it shouldnt have 30% camo and no QB fans it shouldnt handle/drive like an EBR. The reverse speed and great gun make the tank a treat to play for people with a little more than a handful of brain cells.

I was recently thinking about the 5:15 gameplay and I thought - maybe its not caused so much by matchmaking but by the maps?
If you look at the more open maps like Malinovka, Prokhorovka and so on the games tend to be longer because there is more cross-fire opportunities, you have to play smart.
Now if you think about most of the maps and they way they're designed - its so easy to make pressure when your sides are covered by cliffs, mountains, tons of houses and so on. If you play in platoon of 3 guys and you push together you can blitz through most of the maps in 3 minutes.
I think its the maps honestly.

Manticore with wheels? Looks fun though, I’ve always liked wheeled tanks in other games. Usually they’d stand out with high dpm or have TOWs or similar… so a bit if a missed opportunity maybe?
I should let you know that with the new patch the new aiming mod doesn’t work. It won’t let me start the game unless I uninstall it. Go WG!!!
yeah i noticed that and i couldn't play without the mod bcz the aim circle is so big :(
Use the Reticle Dispersion Pro mod from Champi.
You can set the size to whatever you want, you can also use whatever kind of reticle you want.
And most importantly, he updates almost instantly after the update.
If that's not enough then you can even use the Armor Calculator Pro mod from him.
If that's still not enough then you can use a lot of other mods from him =))))
Basically, Champi is the best mod provider in the entire WoT community right now.
His mods are the most essential ones seriously.
Yea, I dislike WoT mods because they must be updated per patch. I want the fix reticle, but I dislike relying on that

The tier 5 is complete junk!!! It doesn't turn. The only thing that ticks me off about the clown cars is they bounce more rounds than my M103!!! Ridiculous.
I bought tier 7. 90% crew with 4 skills, stock tires and engine which has like 5% worse hp. I suffer with it. Gun is fine, you aim you hit (then you miss peeking tank cause every shot hits building, not his tracks, dont ask). But it turns like a battleship, when arty splashes your wheels it moves like a slug glued to the ground and you are doomed. I feel it has no role, charioteer is better TD, Comet is better medium. And comet is not the most popular tank. So basically it's a gun that can move in the straight line. Driving really feels inconvenient, it must be experienced, it's not obvious from watching videos

Wargaming stats makes all sense: this vehicle has better gun stats than Maus. Wargaming should fire their balancing staff.
Leopard is mediun. This is worse than mediun.
Better this way than another 90kph trololol clown car that can drive through 15 tanks and only get a little wobly wheel from it an no damage. Casualy absorbing 183mm hesh with a rubber wheel.
Buff the wheel traverse to give it great maneuverability to help it stand out without being OP
I dreamed last night... that some how the wot map makers.. struck gold and made a Procedural map generation algorithm and put it to work where every match in wot is a different map or a familiar map with a different arrangement.. no 2 games in a row will have the map with the op bush as the bush may not be there or the op spot may not be there perhaps its all a rock now perhaps its a road maybe its a bush next to a building.. ect ect.. no more old pros mad dashing to the known op spot to blind fire the opposite op spot.. none of that .. original map arrangements every battle. this is the problem with the game all the old pros know the best spots and EVERY time the op spots in the Same spot Every time that player strikes in on X map as maps never change in wot they only die and disappear.. but seemingly never change or when they do change they then stay static for 1/2 a decade..
Those jagdpanzer e 100 and grille bounces are examples of what's wrong with this game.
Played it this morning, it would be awesome, if it was tier 8, the tier 5 and 6 in the tech tree have about the same dpm ffs, whats with 3 arty in every game lately, last game, I got killed with 2 arty hits, while moving at full speed, its the size of a fecking Maus, so they can't miss, but has spg armour and hitpoints.

1 thing i can say about this line. it sucks. I mean, I have watched clip of real Saladin and, sorry but its mobility is much better in real life than in world of tanks.
This has got to be one of the worst lines they've introduced - performance wise - in the history of the game so far.
They simply have no niche to fill that a medium or light can't do FAR better.
please skill don't praise leo this much or else it will be nerfed, it's the only tier 10 in my garage that I love (like when they nerfed progetto 65 to make lion better)

Well this looks like the weakest tech tree to ever go into the game, thry all have the aversge dpm of tanks 3 or 4 tiers lower, with just a dpm buff, they would be fine.
when is wg going to remove the current mm, this game is not a 2 plus mius, if it was this it would be 8 9 that is 2 tiers, what need to call it a spread, the current spread in the game is 3, 8 9 10 that is called a 3 tier spread, if it was plus 2 minus 2 it would be something like this 7 8 or 8 9 that is plus to minus, there are very few games were the current spread is correct

The entire line is garbage. The turning angles do not match the real life counterparts. In many cases the turning angles are close to one tenth of the EBRs. No one will be playing this line in three months.
I had small hopes for this tank. but it just looks meh, thats all. at least give it something to work with, just to make it kinda "worth" it.
So standard British tank then. Similar to other tanks, but significantly nerfed in one way or another 😒

Yeah it's not bad, but there's nothing this vehicle does that I couldn't do with Leo 1, even top speed is higher🤦♂️
@@markskate_24 it has better speed if you look past top forward speed. The gun also has better soft stats. The view range I believe is also better.
@@markskate_24the view range is worse, this tank is in no shape better than leopard 1, even the tier 9 leo prototype is comparable (arguably better) to this one

I have heard that the skill "clutch braking" does nothing with Concept No. 5. So it doesn't improve the turning speed.
Does anyone know if this is actually true? Has anyone of you already tested it?
This is what armored cars were capable of IRL The problem with the French line is that WG decided to allow them to reach maximum on-road speed while off-road (something that was never possible IRL). I know people complain about the tires, but that's literally what the military run-flat tires were engineered to do, and WG actually does mimic RL in that regard. If WOT was more realistic, a tracked tank would be a dead tank; useless until the battle was over. Thankfully WG built a game that's intended to be more fun than realistic.

Slightly better stabilization than leopard1, better acceleration and resistances but lower speed, can still move after being 'tracked'... But lower accuracy, WAY lower dpm, no armor for the occasional ricochet... Although the turret sides seem a bit bouncy when looking directly at the enemy. Also why'd you say it has no armor against HE? Seems even with 105 HE penetration from leopard you can only penetrate the lower plate and cupola, even on the side its not a guaranteed penetration, and for anything with the standard 60~ penetration it will be a troll roll if you penetrate or not because the wheels have 70-100, and the turret side can have anywhere from 45 to 120+ depending on rotation and angle (as you demonstrated with the non penetration), and frontally you can only penetrate the commander hatch and sides of the hull, the lower plate having 70+ effective armor... But yeah either way it seems weak
EBR only toxic because 80% of the player base have potato aim. For me other redline hugger tank is more toxic. LEo in Top of the tree was nigthmare because 3-4 camper each side racing each other who is the biggest useless.

8:00 that's exactly what crossed my mind when GSOR 1010 was introduced and was later confirmed when WG showcased rest of the line. They didn't made this line to be fun or competitive, they made it to "balance" wheeled vehicles so players would complain less about French wheeled f*ckers which are still OP and annoying (primarily).
I'm glad to hear that you think the same but I'm also sad about what this game is turning into. I thought I'll maybe give this line a shot, but I seriously doubt it now.
