I love how they included Dorian as part of Bells Hells. Most guest characters come and go but it seems like Dorian is here to stay even if he is gone right now. I hope Robbie returns in the future Dorian was one of my favorite characters.

I am sure at some point at least Dorian and maybe even a few of the Crown Keepers might show up in C3 for a bit. I have been wondering if they are working on doing a new EXU miniseries soon, there have been tiny hints but nothing solid. Or maybe after the solstice if things don't go entirely pear shaped Bell's Hells will end up in Tal-Dorei tracing things back/getting proof to Ludinus through how he was smuggling contraband across the world and maybe meet up with the Crown Keepers. Still think the Nameless ones and League of Miracles are part of the same group that Thull is part of, there are just too many similarities...
My exact thoughts.. With the way they have included him in all the artwork and even having Robbie send a response instead of Matt just doing it. And fanboy in me wants to ship Dorian and Orym. Plus they hinted at a fairly complex backstory that Dorian could use some help with.... Robbie is coming back

You can't trick me to thinking this party is anything other than a clusterfuck, I watched last night's episode. They nearly died of laughter trying to order shrimp.
I think, if they would ask of the fans (which i doubt they need to, we'll throw money at the project anyway) they could very feasibly make an animated show for all their campaigns. Some of the M9's story is peak storytelling and it would benefit greatly from animation. Same goes for bells hells!
I know Robbie was just a guest, but man he had the best chemistry with the rest of the players and characters, I would truly love to see him back with the Bells Hells

What a gorgeous art and animation style! I adore it! Not to mention it's great hearing their "true" voices i.e. how they'd sound in a professional animation with the added effects to FCG's voice or just the more measured distinctness to each one
Part of me feels like Storybook recap feels like a much more fitting title, that aside these are so incredibly well done, I adore the line work that makes up the art and it is nice to see their color to help get a better visual of what each character looks like.
I could literally watch a recap of every episode in this style it's so gorgeous and detailed alongside the voice overs of the characters giving it the special touch
You should've seen all the OOC banter that led up to Travis/Chetney's reveal, oh my god There was talk of werewolves attacking the town and Liam just casually goes "Man, Travis, you missed your opportunity to be a werewolf" and Travis and Matt were like "DON'T SAY IT DON'T HINT AT IT DON'T DON'T DON'T" then Chetney busts out for the first time and everyone starts going nuts and Liam's popping OFF

Words will really never describe how much I appreciate the immense amount of effort critical role puts into D&D. It's my favorite game ever made and seeing the explosion of interest in the last decade makes my life complete. I have never had so many people to play with and I think it's really my favorite part of life. Nothing matches highs or lows of a D&D campaign and nobody does a better D&D campaign than Critical Role. Love you guys keep up the great work

I've always loved these animated recaps, Dani tells them so well, but Dani's narration with this new art adds a how new level of storybook quality and I love it

A little sad to not see the full animated cartoon but this is style gives it its own unique feeling and it’s always nice to here the canon voices from a sound booth instead of on the spot

They've done a marvelous job fitting all the character info into 4 minutes. Now I need to go watch it again and look at all the backgrounds :D I would watch every single episode recapped in this style (I know that's not in the cards, so much work must go into these, but I WOULD, it's just a delight.)
Well, this was pretty amazing. I LOVED the animations, and the quips from each person. It was so sweet to hear Robbie again! And it was a huge kick up in immersion to hear FCG the way Sam does in his head. The voice modulation added a real depth to the fact that FCG is a robit. Dani did great with narrating!
OMG this was a delight to watch. I hope to see more of this art style and to hear the lore keeper once again. there would be a giant hole in Critrole without her. Best lore keeper in the business.

This is awesome! FCG’s voice is what made me laugh hard. I kinda like this recap thing, and thinking back to the beginning can always help you remember what you are starting from.
I just realized, Orym emanates video game main character vibes, and the other characters are the wacky teammates the main character needs to beat the main villain.
This is nice! Also, it can be very useful in situations like the recent brake due to the mighty nine two-shot and thanksgiving etc. By the time the new episode came out I totally forgot where we left off, forgot about a couple npcs' names and backstory and stuff like that. Keep it up!

This is cool! It made me realise how much I miss the 1st person character introductions from campaign 1 :'( You always got little reminders about each person's objectives, something C2&3 dropped in favour of big plot reveals.
Watching this makes me really want to see the party in a different medium, I actually can't wait for the eventual/ potential bells hells graphic novels I'm looking forward to ashtons backstory

This new art style suggests a level of dignity that this party absolutely does NOT possess, which makes it even funnier.
to be fair, at the time, most of this party felt serious and thus warranted of Dignity but in recent episodes..... yeah....
I feel like the Bells Hells are more serious than the Mighty Nein were.

He needs a foot pedal like Ashley had in her one shot for the ‘Mother’ voice. Then every time FCG speaks, he can push it and the sound is robotified.

It was the fight agains Ira, the Nightmare King. The discovery werewolves existed, Liam’s comment, and the transformation.

I like that Travis had a southern accent last campaign and Laura has one this time. It's like they have to share it so they take turns.
