  • NY&A trains RS40, RS71, RS51, and RS80 are seen in chronology. Those are pretty much the trains that are run outside of the wee hours out on Long Island. Love the GP38’s!!!!

0:04 I usually see the freighter every now and then back when I use to deliver amazon packages around that area. I get pretty lucky sometimes I’ll have my lunch while it’s switching around and take some action shots.

I don’t care what anyone says I love the MUs with a passion, hearing them go by at a crossing at 80 mph blasting their horns is one of the best sounds ever

Your videos keep getting better and better, what a great surprise with SW1001 101. Also, you accidentally put 2022 in the title lol.

@@ariesarethebest271 The GP38’s are some of the best engines built. Engineers loved them when they were in passenger service. Just about every engineer I’ve spoken to will take an EMD over a GE. I am total agreement. It bugs me that so many railroads rely on GE. CSX and BNSF are 2 examples. Admittedly GE was able to successfully manufacture a highly fuel efficient loco when they made the Gevos/Tevos. GM has not been as successful. Only UP and CSX have the T4 model and not too many of them. Hopefully GM will bounce back. NS and UP have quite a few GM’s in freight service. UP has about 2000 SD70M’s/SD70ACE’s combined.
