has that bullet Stuart used a ballistic tip?Lots of damage there?🤔P.S.Mark So your saying I need to check the NV zero is the same as the Day mode one I’ve just done on My Wraith 4K?🧐🤔
"Why never make a small game of long-distance shooting now?" 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭I miss the content like that with the extra learning about how to shoot long-distance tips
Mostly because the ground that I used to do that on has now changed hands! However I do have some other similar ground so I’ll try and do a few similar videos over the spring/summer 👍
Hello mark.....Wow .... Thank you very much and I really appreciate it, because your video content shoots long distance with small targets (small game) makes me always excited and very inspirational
That was caused by bullet fragments hitting the ground. When a bullet impacts the steel it fragments in all directions although the fragments dont travel far, they have enough energy to cut a visible line in the ground in front of the target.
@@260rips Aaahh I'd say it's a pain in the arse to get sound and video right. As I was watching I thought "How does he do it all? Set up a camera shooting him and a scope camera and sonehow manages to shots a fox....ALL IN THE BLOODY PITCH BLACK!!! Do you miss many video shots of foxes that you shoot with the gun but can't use the footage because you can't see anything or forgot to press record?
Awesome stuff!!!!!
Marks stuff is always top notch. Thank you, Shooting show for any and all 260RIPS footage!
Fantastic efforts mark as usual 😉👍❤️🇬🇧keep up the good work guys and have a fab weekend 😁👌👌👌

A bit over kill for the roe doe 😳
Great Video as usual man. Is that a McMillan HTG stock? Is it hand bedded on pillars?
It is indeed, lovely stocks 😉
@@260rips They certainly are, I've got a couple of McMillans and I'll take one all day every day over any chassis.
Too late in the season for doe shooting, just a personal outlook.
Nice foxing action yet again 👌
You done any shooting/testing with copper ammo yet Mark ? Cheers 👍
Nice Roe too 👍
No not yet, but I do have some copper bullets from Virtus which look very promising just as soon as I get a chance to load a few up to test! 😉
@260rips ideal 👌
Plenty of us ready to see the results ... in readiness for possible leadmageddon 🙁🤦♂️
I hate to be rude, but I really think Marks trowel requires calibration.
I didn’t here the click at 25 inch/pounds !
Always entertaining.
Cheers
😆👍
What was all that mud splashed on target ? If only 4 rounds?
The splashed up mud was probably from the fragmented bullets.
That was caused by bullet fragments hitting the ground. When a bullet impacts the steel it fragments in all directions although the fragments dont travel far, they have enough energy to cut a visible line in the ground in front of the target.
This week Mark Ripley breathes heavily on camera and he also shots some foxes.....
😆 unfortunately wearing a tie mic it picks up normal breath and clothing sounds!

Yes all the time and likewise miss opportunities on foxes trying to set cameras up in time!
Nice shooting . What calibre was the deer shot with
Chris you look like you could do with some sleep old pal some mean bags them am
223 rifle? Don't use military 5.56mm, it blow up your 223 rifle.
Don’t worry I wasn’t 😉
