Interesting, is it Ok to just send email to the Chief Civil Division even though she is part of the senior leadership? their emails are not available on their website but of course you can find them on legal documents, it just feels weird to hunt down a senior leader email and send them courtesy copies.
@@VelvetVersa If the complaint was served, the Govt get 60 days to repsond after service is completed. It's normal to hear from the Government sometime in that window.
Thank you for replying me promptly!! I mean the summon has not been issued since the case has been submitted to the court more than 60 days. I’ve never thought that the mandamus law suit would be the delay itself.

How long usually it takes for the court to sign the summons?
Sometimes same day, sometimes a couple of days
