The name Phaethon comes from mythology, and is connected to a character named Helios. In ZZZ itself, there is an organization called Helios that Phaethon has been teased to have some sort of connection with in the past. I'd reckon their master is potentially professor Archie.
I have slight feeling that the Void hunters themselves won’t be playable (being an era old leads me to believe this) though I have a feeling all of them will relate to parts of the story, and will all likely be of relevance at some point (maybe we’ll even meet the Professor at some point in hollow zero, since he seems to very inhuman, and likely more long lived than humans, potentially even immortal)
Agreed, they could also make characters that's related to the characters we see in the lore video and just make them look quite similar in a way, I get that feeling from Hoshimi Miyabi unless it somehow is actually Miyabi in the video which would mean she's really old

But I'm somewhat scared of her having some passive or ability that directly scales with the distance between her and the target. I'm obviously talking from what I can imagine a sniper to be, but hopefully Trigger is fun to play no matter what.
@@macrockk4641 True, all that matters in the end is that it's a fun experience and if she does have some distance damage scaling I'm pretty sure it will be better than someone like Billy since she's a sniper
Lycaon is a "Thiren", There's a lot of thirens in ZZZero and they are humanoid species with various animal features, Like Nekomata is a thiren cat and Jane is a thiren rat, etc
We're getting Jane and Seth on the same banner next but after that it's mostly speculation: I think it will be Caesar -> Burnice -> Section 6 -> Obol Squad -> Virtual idols but if we don't see Lighter in version 1.2 then making a prediction for what we will see after version 1.3 is very difficult and they might be giving us random characters from random factions

The way these characters are advertised, and their personal trailers are insane. NGL , but ZZZ is really becoming top tier. Not just characters but gameplay aswell.
