When you are doing the reverse body wave you have to keep leading the woman down (making the reverse body wave bigger). So you are not stopping the move and then leading her down, you are just showing with the continuous impuse that the body waves continues its way down

At 1:40 you say "Make sure to give small impulse, so she comes down". How do we do that exactly? Which body part gives the impulse?
