Brazilian football fan here! there are two main issues with our national team on this championship: first, there are a handful of u20 teams in here and players development starts really late (most of the people I know started between 20 and 25 years old, if not older), and second, the players had to finance themselves, paying for travel, visas, tournament fees, hotel and food.
That led to just a roster just under 40 players, which makes things even tougher.
Despite the results, we're proud of our boys going all the way to Canada to compete, learn and grow with the experience and I hope that football development in Brazil keeps growing to the point that we can woop some ass soon.

I was at the game. American Football is fairly new to Brazil, started off playing on the beaches. Since then the sport has grown, and for the first time Brazil has qualified for the IFAF U20 World Championships. Just to be there the players had to fund the entire thing themselves, airlines, hotel, food, equipment, etc… for them to be here is a huge accomplishment for them. What they learn from this and take back with them will help the sport continue to grow in their country. #1, they need to tackle!!! In 10.5 hrs I will be watching Brazil play again, and hope to see them learn and improve since the last game.

Point 1.....fledgling Brazil just ran the wrong attack. Historically Wing T or tight-T or Veer ......Wishbone, these spread ground attack spreads out the defensive front. An ugly offense by todays standards but Canada's defense would have had fits trying to defend such dearth of ball fakes and people pretending to have the ball.
The US service academies run this offense for a reason as it evens out talent level.

I love your videos, but this title is not even close to accurate. Even just looking at college football (I couldn't find stats for international games like this one, high school, etc.), there are dozens and dozens of worse blowouts than 110-0. Here is a Wikipedia list of the college games with scores over 100 - almost all of them were shutouts, and you can sort by top score to see just the ones over 110: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_100-point_games_in_college_football
