The excel file is not accessible, however based on your video I made excel. The only correction I feel is required on calculation 2 where you increased the item by 30% but the profit margin you showed is 36% but it should be 28.35 % as the profit you have taken i.e.36% comes when I use 200 rs item price wherein , it should be on 260 rs item price. Thanks for the video, it was really helpful. But now Zomato has changed the base commission to 14% and fulfilment fee as 14rs per km. Hence appreciate if you could make a video the recent changes if possible or I can tweak or append it in the excel. Thanks again

if i add of 35% on my sale price than i sale my product Rs 135 (my cost price is Rs 100) than they automatically calculate their commision on Rs 135 . that means they calculate commision on Rs 135 instead of 100. that means again they charge extra . so how we calculate our exact amount for example 40% add on cost price or etc .
in one line it is 28-30% is for Zomato and why why should we give discount ....buyers dont look for discount but taste quality presentation and service right ?
Bro Zomato takes commision on net Gross revenue NOT on your item prize. Whole video is wrong. We r running cloud kitchen and ur sheet is fine but Commision part is on Gross revenue.

You are wrong , Swiggy and Zomato is calcuting Commision on MRP price means price that i i saile if , they are not charging on discounted price, if you sale 100 15 % discount it mans you will get 85 rs , but swiggy will calculate commsion on 100 rs not on 85 mostly people is wrong in this way and i m facing same issue but when i clearly chcking stats then i find everything.. in your calcution in second option Swiggy will charge commsion on 110 Rs not after dscount price that you showing, also you showing 18GST on commison but you are calcuting GST on 110 rs ..Bhai pahle khud to samj lo kya fanda hai doosron ko baad mein batana
