The tape you peeled off the mudguard is actually a factory fitting. My very original, Shadow ACE, here in Australia has the same tape . Cheers 😎

Haha, before you even mentioned it I was going to ask how do you stand riding through Toronto like that, especially after your trip to Europe… I can’t stand driving a car/truck through Toronto, so doubt I would want to ride a bike… although maybe you can filter through traffic to get around quicker? 🤷🏼♂️
To add in, your mods look good. Not dissing your bike at all (I’ve had 2 shadows…vt1100 spirit and vt750 phantom)… but the metic cruisers sometimes have a funny look, usually because of their bulbous stock lights. Your new tail light looks great.
Nah it just sucks either way mate ha. To get any decent roads you have to ride at least for 1 hr to get outside the main areas
