Fortunately this story isn’t real, this is racer Luis Samon, his dad is still alive, but unfortunately he (Luis) died in a freak accident while testing at the track Cataluña (I think) in 2016. The reason he is upset is because he either crashed out of qualifying, not because he promised his dad he would win, I’m sick and tired of seeing these videos on the internet.

I can see and feel what he is dealing with. It is truly heartbreaking to see such a wonderful racer and person go through such extraordinary pain. Although he has lost the race, to me, and his dad, he won.
