@@DavidProrok I did my bootcamp at Flatiron. They had choose a UI or UX track. The UX track covered many different design models and had us practice them through projects where we had to research, synthesize, ideate, prototype, test, and present our learnings along the way. Each phase was progressively less guided, culminating in a project where we worked directly with a nonprofit client. Sadly, the design course was canceled due to covid cuts
Going to graduate next year from computer science degree I'm going to start this journey to find a job today . Thank you for the motivation and wish me good luck.

They're a for profit company helping people. I can think of one resource that is under utilized esp. With minorities ( mental health/psychology ). Regardless I'm staying tuned for further episodes thank you
By any chance, Garry, have you read the book, Go Giver? The title draws some parallels with the concepts within the book. A small business story book, but powerful ideas that stand the test of time.

Does Career Karma share anonymized salary data of people who went through them within a year or something?Depending on what they have, it can uncover so much about schools, actual salaries of people going to one school vs another etc. Or man, my imagination runs wild, but they probably don't have salary data or won't share it :/...
