I have personal experience from a former relationship and this behaviour can ruin your life - the stalking is often accompanied by other behaviours, can sometimes be secret following, bugging and tracking be electronic means, with mental abuse through other means like controlling property, money, plus bizarre messaging, emails, aggression followed by charm, and are nearly always thought of by others as really decent people. I can also tell you that the police have no idea about coercion etc and where that can lead, unless you give them full production video!

Get the politicians to go to a higher up like a captain or Sargent. Report this to them. Provide any evidence you have collected. My predatory Stalker has full remote access to my phone, and has been stalking and harassing me for three years. Its escalating. Hes tried to kill me before by drowning. Very sneaky and very cunning. A restraining order can escalate the risk of violence. Im going to smash my phone. Ive had it with him spying on me. Absolutely crazy.
