My big guess is that Papa V is going to be introduced at the end, kinda like how IV was introduced in the Hunter's Moon video.
Some theaters have opened up more times. It's not a concert film per se...it will be there in parts but also picking up plot points from the Chapters...it's an actual movie...the Soundtrack is up for pre-order
