How does he know the Book of Enoch was "the most popular book being read by the Jewish people in the first century?" This is speculation. He doesn't know "Jesus' family believed contents of the Book of Enoch and Jesus grew up hearing this story". Jesus never mentioned this book or quoted it. That does not mean parts of the Book of Enoch are not true, while other parts may be untrue. The First Apostles never quoted the Book of Enoch and it was not included in the Biblical canon. But I believe the Genesis account of the Nephilim corrupting the human genetic code is true.

How does he know the Book of Enoch was "the most popular book being read by the Jewish people in the first century?" This is speculation. He doesn't know "Jesus' family believed contents of the Book of Enoch and Jesus grew up hearing this story". Jesus never mentioned this book or quoted it. That does not mean parts of the Book of Enoch are not true, while other parts may be untrue. The First Apostles never quoted the Book of Enoch and it was not included in the Biblical canon. But I believe the Genesis account of the Nephilim corrupting the human genetic code is true.
